    Used this because I don’t want to get up to brush my teeth because I’m tired and my legs feel sore. Realized I just need to stretch and be up for 5 minutes then I can sleep. Thank you.

    This was a very nice meditation hoping it helped clear my block I’ve been stuck for awhile now. I know I need to get better at doubting myself so I’m going to listen to this daily until I achieve my goal, thanks

    I really enjoyed this love your voice. I was so happy to see a 3rd option cause it was the one I want 😂. I was a bit worried of the second one but I know the 1st one is what I need to do. At this moment. Getting my back healed I don't know why I was seeing myself play basketball 😂. I have an injury I don't even play basket not since I was 13.😂. But I love the film. Space jam so maybe that's why 😂❤ thank you. X much love from Ireland 🇮🇪

    I love Jeffrey's meditations. Funny thing, I did a similar excercise this morning, extracted from the masterclass, and the path I chose was different. None of them (either the morning's or the one now) seemed something I would have imagined, but the path that opened now is not even a path, but rather a place in a beach, I saw myself dressed a certain way and for some reason I thought about Jonhatan Livingston Seagull. It was nice but seemed so surreal, not like a physical and material path to take!

    A 4th path emerged. The 3rd path I feel was me trying to make it something. But then the image came of the 4th path naturally…

    Its hard for someone who dont see an furture for his self. The beginning was good but the focus on the future was bad i wanted to calm and not more stressed about the future
