Fun video! I have to use perforated grips instead of smooth because of how sweaty my hand gets. I have been finding that 1-2 overgrips on top of the standard is good for me.
Not always a perforated grip is better than a smooth one in your case! Have you tried to use those?
@@the4Set I have tried both perforated and smooth. Unfortunately my hands get so sweaty that the smooth becomes slippery.
Hello, why dont you recommend using the hesacore grip?
It fix your grip on the racket and makes more difficult to change it when need it! For example.. doing a smash x3 🥲

With hesacore your grip is essentially locked to the continental grip. It is not comfortable to adjust the grip, for example, to the eastern forehand grip.
It's really difficult to change your grip with the racket... when you wanna try to do a smash x3 you need to change it a little bit and with a Hesacore it's harder..

Why do you not recommend Hesacore? I am using it, and it certainly helps me with shoulder pain from the vibrations coming from hitting the ball
It makes more difficult to change your grip with the racket.. and for example I change a lot when I do different shots like x3 or forehand volley!
