My personal favorite part about Martha is that she is timeless. Classic and timeless means we can refer back to her any time of year, or any day of the week for inspiration. I do have a sweet spot in my heart for the vintage footage because there is always something to remind me how to make something “better.” The vintage footage is just as helpful as yesterday’s. She could write a hundred books! Oh wait, giggle giggle.
Oh how I miss the old days of Martha doing her big Christmas specials....I was the 15 year old introvert who just wanted to be Martha Stewart living in New England with a big garden giving elegant parties lol❤️
The Godmother of vlogging and lifestyle videos, the woman who started the trend. Will you please post more of your old episodes? So nostalgic and amazing.
As a kid, I was captivated by Martha's Croquembouche. My younger sister and I made one, one year for Christmas when I was in high school. We followed Martha's instructions exactly...it was fabulous!
I never watched vintage Martha…I like it! These vintage shows are great! I would love to see more. She was, and is, a beautiful woman. So accomplished!
Loved this--I really enjoyed the one on one tutelage of the Croquembouche! Thank you for posting the archives...You're still my hero after all these years!
I am trying to find the episode of MSL from the 1990s where she Makes a prime rib with Anne Willan. Those early episodes, I would say the first 2 or 3 years of Martha Stewart Living, were the best. I’ve found bootleg videos here and there but they keep getting taken down. I wish the official Martha channel would upload them.
Vintage Martha is everything.
Yes 🙂I almost didn’t recognize her😆
Absolutely 💯
I love vintage Martha too! This clip is from one of her old VHS releases, many of which I have ❤

Her daughter did not take after her
She is so elegant. I love her. I wanted to cook and bake Iike her. I have been watching her since the 80's. God Bless you, Martha!

Me too.
I love this so much! It’s so warm and cozy, it’s like a nostalgic hug.

Martha does the absolute most! She’s cooking 8 ducks, making a 150 crème puffs, AND a gingerbread house with stained glass windows.

Thank you so much Martha. As others have said, I love the classic episodes. You are very attractive and a great teacher like your Mom!
In her 80s and she's still relevant! So chic!

Now *that* is how you make a Yorkshire pudding. Not those silly little ones that look like popovers.

Missing the ham with pears and cranberry video
Wow! Her face looks normal back then. She was very pretty back then. It’s fun also seeing her be authentic! Wonderful seeing the old videos❤
Anyone know what year this is from?
❤❤❤
Hi!🫶❤️🥰
We all watch this as if we are actually planning to cook like this. 😆
Is this from the 1990s!
Not to reflame the drama but she does look like Gwyneth Paltrow
Or the now disgraced Mrs. Blake L. Reynolds
I thought she looked closer to Cate Blanchett
No

Poor little duckling
I swear if anything bad happens to this woman I'm going to cry my eyes out
1/2 a duck per person?!?!? Geez, I love big portions, but wow, those things look like turkeys almost lol, I would imagine 1 duck could serve 4.
