I honestly made a chuck roast just luke this on top of the stove yesterday for Sunday dinner. Any leftover roast is cut up into smaller pieces to make a beef stroganoff with the gravy from the pot roast, and some sour cream mixed in for tonight's dinner. I serve over cooked egg noodles. Never a disappointment! Never any waste!😊
