I’ve been using Arc too. The account actually tells me when I started using it and it’s been about year and a half for me. It’s not my main browser and I still need to explore. I’m intrigued by the mobile Arc I haven’t tried it yet.
I love Arc, I dont use it on my phone but I’m not really big on phones in any case. On the Mac though its great and fits my purposes fantastically. The use of easels and spaces for me is just killer…. and speeds my day (work and personal) so much as its all readily to hand, switched in and out. I’m struggling to delete items from my easels though (not figured that out yet)????
wow even kosmik! u rly explored then. i was mostly interested in it as a browser as well, but they changed to more like a file-managment app i think? or like a canvas\moodboard? so im excited to use arc's easl function MOST. bc it can show live web browser tabs but on a canvas?! 👍🏼
Easel isn't available on Windows yet, and neither is little Arc 😔. But the features that are here, I am enjoying so far. I need a screenshot feature though.
@@aryanmadan I already switched, and for the most part, the experience is better. I miss being able to take screenshots directly in the browser. Of course I can still take screenshots with third party apps. I also miss being able to tell Firefox to open every link from a specific domain in a specific container. Arc has the same feature in MacOS using Mission Control and Arc Spaces, but on Windows, I first have to switch my Arc browser to the Space I want *before* clicking on the link, to ensure that the link opens in the correct space. That being said, 3 main things alone make it worth the switch from Firefox already: 1. Having my bookmarks resident in specific spaces, so that I don't see bookmarks I don't need when I'm in a space that doesn't need them 2. Being able to open tabs in split view. I don't know how many splits one can do, but I had 3 tabs all open in split view simultaneously at one time when it actually made sense to do that. I didn't have to break my workflow. I simply tried to open one more tab in split and it just worked. 3. The ease with which one can switch in and out of full screen. I know most browsers have full screen, but this one has a very good UI/UX flow for using it.
I look forward to a proper iPadOS Arc browser. I was able to finagle using it on the last iPad Mini, but I upgraded to the new iPad Pro. Not a good look...

Have a good day Shu! Enjoyed the video!
I love that arc is out on windows but half the features are missing and syncing is pointless if you dont have an iphone
Arc is mostly pointless on Windows, it's just another browser with only beautifully designed UI and nothing more

Dear Shu, as always very informative and inspiring. Thank you so much!

In general a good review. What's sad is that nothing mentions where the easel are stored and whether that's a proprietary format or not
Great & useful video! Weird, I’ve been using Arc for a while but haven’t gotten into most of those features.
Arc is best :) , just waiting for windows (fully developed with no feature parity between mac version) and android unfortunately

Could you please telll which notes app you are using in Arc?
Thank you for that video! Please make one about Kosmik browser and compare it with Arc )

have you found a good way to bookmark many open tabs, possibly into notion, for easier way to search through
Sync across devices? How is that a Mac only feature?
How much ram does it takes up?
can you export an easel to an ai to summarize or write content for you?
What is ARC like to organize bookmarks with? I find the bookmark manager of common browsers to be poorly deisgned.
