Ninja Speedi Pork Chops with Potatoes & Corn

RECIPE:
Ingredients:
2 - 4 Thick cut pork chops
Seasoning of your preference for the chops (I used Jerk Shake N Bake)
4 - 6 Unpeeled red potatoes diced into 1" squares
2 - 4 Ears of fresh or frozen corn on the cob
2 Cups of water
2 Tablespoons of butter
Directions:
Spray the bottom of the Speedi cooking pot with oil. Place the corn around the edges and spread the potatoes around the center. Give the veggies a quick spray of oil. Pour in 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of butter.
Place the crisping tray into the Speedi at the high position (feet extended). Spray light oil on the chops (as a binder) and roll in the topping. Place the chops on the crisping tray and close the Speedi.
Move the top lever of the Speedi to the Rapid Cook position. Turn the Speedi on and select the Steam and Bake function. Adjust the temperature to 350 degrees and the time to 20 minutes. Press START! After the unit preheats and begins it's 20 minute countdown, open and check the cooking progress at 15 minutes (remaining on timer). Turn the chops over and check the internal temperature. You're looking for 140 - 145 degrees (f) to assure they are done. Once they have reached temp, remove to a plate and let rest. Take out the grilling plate, close the top and continue cooking the vegetables. Check them at 5 minutes,, and if they seem done, turn off the Speedi and remove the vegetables.
