Earlier you guys were paying only 2000 as the whole maintenance and was enjoying by the money paid by bigger flats, but now your water charges alone exceeds 3000. So all these days you were paying less than what you were actually using. Water charges are made according to each individual flats usage but you can't pay to what you use. If you want to reduce the maintenance be mindful about your water usage rather than remaining as a defaulter. All these days you were bluffing saying the smaller flats consume less water because of lesser taps but this water metres have just shattered all your false narrative. Pay to what you use is the concept and what's the problem with it.
Before getting water and sewage connection, how does the authorities gave completion certificate, all yhe affected residents, try giving a proper petition to the government authorities, if they do not take action within the said date, collect all the necessary documents and profs and file a case against yhe builder, and make a claim for refund with interest or avoid losses or bear-/the-loss (நஸ்டஈடு)

Right question sir. This is what expected of people who understand the issue. This is what we are asking too as you had seen the quality of certain people ...those will not listen or think but will try to bail out the mistakes using such tactics only .
Association had not taken a single step against Builder on this but went to court just to hold on to power after resigning too based on a injust verdict given by corruption convicted ex Saidapet DRO.

Completely unverified news. How can such videos be published by reputed news channels without fact checking and talking to the association to get either sides' perspectives. I am writing to let you know about my concerns regarding your channel's recent coverage of Bloomingdale Apartments.
It has come to my attention that the news was broadcast without proper investigation.
As a resident of Bloomingdale Apartments ( 776 flats ), I can attest that maintenance costs have become increasingly burdensome over the years. Despite fixed costs set at Rs 3.25 per square foot in 2017, it has become untenable to maintain this rate six years later. The cost increased due to additional costs for water purchase and sewage disposal, now at Rs 1.50 per square foot, significantly impacting residents' monthly expenses, far exceeding the initially agreed-upon amounts.

50,000 nu sonnalum nambarthukku aal irukkum pola. I am staying here only. I pay around 6K per month. Water is charged as per usage. That cost is high because we have to buy water and dispose it through private lorries. 6k is the average. They are just inflating to bring disrepute to the GC

உண்மை தான் அய்யா, சிறிய அபார்ட்மெண்ட் ல் சிறிய தொகையே பராமரிப்பு கட்டணமாக வசூல் செய்யப்படுகிறது ஆனால் பெரிய அபார்ட்மெண்ட் ல் லட்சக்கணக்கில் / கோடிக்கணக்கில் (3 மாதத்திற்கு) செலவு கணக்கு காட்டப்படுகிறது.

@@srkriz26 sir what iI am trying to say is , such kind of problems mostly exist for very large gated community and not particular about this apartment and comparatively smaller apartments face less issues of this sort as it is always a problem to supply water to such a large apartment but drainage removal was usually should not be an issue but this is having due to non availability of drainage connection

எல்லோரும் 3.25 Rs / Sqft பராமர்ப்பு கட்டணம் கட்டிவிட்டாரகள். எதற்க்கு தண்ணீர்ககு தனியாக கட்டவேண்டும். Flat வாங்கும் போது அப்படி ஒன்றும் உடன்படிக்கை இல்லை. இது சட்ட விரோதம். அருகாமையில் உள்ள எந்த Apartment லும் இந்த வழக்கம் இல்லை. தண்ணீரை நிறுத்தி, மிரட்டி வசூல் செய்வது சட்ட விரோதம்.

water meter is not included when I purchased flat. Then why I paid Rs 65000 for metro and drainage connection in 2017. What happened to the connection and the interest. Why I should pay monthly 4000 for water and 5000 as maintenance. If you can not manage , pull the builder..

After reaching out to court, police department, government officials, if this association refused to resume water for the last seven days, you can see how powerful and influential this association and builder are. You can imagine our life in this big gated community. Question to us by government officials who. we approached is 'what is the issue in paying whatever money the association is asking'. Pay whatever amount they ask and water will be resumed. and don't approach us. Rs.9+ (infinite) per sqft is the ask from this association.
Another question is, we residents of Bloomingdale have given Rs. 65000/- per house to Appaswamy builder for getting underground sewage connection. Without our knowledge, how it has been transferred to an old association account. Is this not a criminal offence. 🤔
