My sister n law just got out of hospital with a tumor in her pituitary. Opted to wait on surgery bc not near the optic nerve. Prayers it heals on God's healing! Yours too! Lol
My pituitary is flat, sticking out of my sella & my thyroid does not work! But no doctor will address this issue! HELP! I just started taking your Hashimoto bundle 2 weeks ago & already feel better! I quit taking 150 mcg Levothyroxine the day I started your supplements. I’m 75 & have a limited income. As soon as I can hope to use you! Thank you & God Bless you! The doctors have only messed me up having gained 65 lbs & extremely tired all the time! Your products seem to be working!❤❤❤
I’ve been on Synthroid for 32 years and wonder if I really need to be. No other medical problems and 87 now, really blessed. How do I go about getting off this medication????
Well, tapering off it, increasing meat, animal fats and root veg. And HIT exercise. Of course, you need good rest and positive, mentally stimulating activities too!
Thank you for all your videos. I have recently been diagnosed with Graves disease and you have really helped me not panic. I have also been diagnosed with thyroid eye disease. My eyes are really bothering me. Can you please do a video on what can be done to improve the look and feel of the eyes. Do you recommend a blepharoplasty? When? After the active phase? Botox?
Any time I put anything on the thyroid and different things to actual doctors on you tube, they get deleted! I am an expert in the symptoms of more than one endocrine disorders, because it’s happened to me. Thank you for your information.
The complexity of our body.... God is such an amazing Creator. Watching video's like this I really cannot understand people thinking it all comes forth from a big bang.
Even with all the tests being done, there is no way for a doctor to know if any of the diodinases are low or high, if thyroid hormone carrier proteins are there in the right amounts. They aren't able to check for antibodies against those carrier proteins because no tests exist to do that, either. And many doctors don't even know carrier proteins are needed to get thyroid hormones into the cells 😕
Great video 👍. Questions: can you counter balance what you eat, to keep a healthy gut or thyroid? For example, you eat something thats not good for your gut or thyroid, but you also eat something that good for the gut or thyroid. Does it break down even? Or does it still create damage?
How do you check for Iodine deficiency? Also, I have AI of Thyroid but it doesn’t fall under Hashimoto’s - there are actually 6,000 potential targets for AI attack in Thyroid. It just so happens that Hashi is 1 of only 3 of those 6k that have a blood test that specifically shows it. It’s important for people to know that. Love your videos tho - you’re a great service to all people!!
You must fire your Dr. and find a new 1... I know how challenging this can be, but after being sick for so long, I finally became my own health advocate researching and learning all I could about Hashimoto's. I went to alot of different Drs. until one finally heard me & listened to all my concerns and helped me! Don't ever give up, no one is gonna care more about you than you & you are worth it! Good luck
Don't settle for poor medical treatment. Learn all you can about your condition so you can start going to see new doctors empowered with knowledge and possible solutions. Conventional doctors are certainly not going to offer you any cures. They need to keep their customers-for-life coming back.
Thank you. Wish my specialist gave me this information before my partial thyroidectomy. Would have asked for more tests. I still don't understand what was actually wrong with my thyroid, but was assured I could still function perfectly with only half my thyroid, or less.
Exactly what happened to my mom! She doesn't even know what was actually wrong with her thyroid, just that it needed to be ablated and the meds she would take for the rest of her life were going to make everything better. 30 years later, she is still struggling.
quick question if you are known to have a small calcification on your pitutary glad from recent mri would that cause issues with thyroid and how do you get rid of calcification ? i have been hypothyriod for many years but this just surfaced and my t4 is now low
Hello, I think I'll be binging your videos later. I am confused. I got a new PCP recently, and they did not test everything I asked them to for my Hashimoto's f/u. They only tested TSH w/ reflex to FT4 which was 0.02 (ref range 0.40-4.50 (uIU/mL)) and my Free T4 which was 1.03. I take 110 MG of natural porcine. Does that appear to be a surpressed TSH or just low? It seems way too low. I need to find a good Dr. nearby, but I was hoping to see just your thought knowing it is not medical advice of course.
In June 2020 I had my thyroid gland removed. From eight months ago til today I am tested every eight weeks and the result of TSH always is 0.000. The doctor has changed my dosis four times already. I am currently drinking levothyroxine 100mg. Don't get me wrong I feel great and have lost thirty pounds but no internal medicine doctor will give me release for a surgery I need because of the TSH level. What can I do? Please help doctor.
I wish you can make series about pituitary gland and how to heal it without surgery.

Can trauma which can cause depression also be associated with the thyroid issues?

That's like thinking if I eat some arsenic, but also eat some broccoli, then the arsenic will not affect me b/c the good and the bad "balance out."

Hello Dr. Childs my free T4 direct last 3 times is 1.79, 1.80 and 1.82. My TSH has been all in normal levels. Is it concerning that it is increasing?
