I really admire how you treat your staff as your own family which makes a very good and healthy environment to work. You are one of the Chefs I really look up to and I have so much respect coz of the style of your cooking, the way you work with other Chefs (may it be celebrity Chefs, or your own Chef), the way you treat your partner, your employees, you really are a role model. I worked in Sharjah year 2017 in a resto as well and I only lasted for few months because of a very toxic environment, very far from how you treat your employees. Kooya family are really blessed to have such a great workplace. So much respect and kudos Chef JP. 🙏

I was really craving for Filipino food dahil galing ako sa tour ng israel and jordan - dinala nila ako dyan and gosh was i super delighted to see filipino food with a twist 💙 Friendly staff also. my comment as a nanay is why is the oil in the deep fryer too brown ? it should be regularly changed? please correct me if im wrong because thats not healthy and deep fryers should be very clean Just observing because love is in the details

Manipis lang pag hiwa ng carrots, mga 30seconds to 1minute na gisa okay na yun eh. Kaya ober cook talaga. Di na crispy ang gulay.
