Personally I like having a longer view of you building, I still real new, so I use it alot for inspiration and ideas, also take off and landing I find myself watched a few times since I suck harder than a Dyson at landing 😂😂
Thanks, Matt! My favorite TH-camr, through whom I live somehow both vicariously and surreptitiously has done it once again! Your videos are inspirational. Also, I love watching you design spacecraft and find it very instructional.

You have a unique way of engaging with the audience even though it’s really a one way conversation lol. Whiskey reviews do need to make a comeback lol, we hilarious even if it’s just your interpretation of the label 😂. Keep doing you man, your content is by far the best ksp and damn near best I’ve seen on TH-cam. I look forward to your videos every week and hate when they end. Your vids inspire me to get better and help with my creativity (which is lacking) and my ssto’s are a flop so I enjoy seeing you have great success.
5:20 What's funny is that I've already been making 2020 jokes. I showed my mom this joke about 20/20 vision and she started laughing so much. Thanks Matt Lowne, you bring science and laughter close together every video!
I enjoy the timelapse construction, it doesn't need to be shortened - especially if it's a lot more camera fuss when building, or shows less as a result! And if I'm ever not in the mood for the construction, you've got the handy skip links!
Even with the length of your videos i fell entertained through the whole thing. The vehicle construction is one of the best parts. iv have learned several things from you over the years. Keep it up
I love the construction portion of the videos. Just watching you, even at high speed, helped me learn a lot about building ships in KSP. Also, for refueling the space station I'd love to see a tanker starship type mission personally. A lot of people seem to not realize how big that's going to be in SpaceX's plans. Edit: corrected typo.
I thought I really enjoyed the long building timelapses but my god these shorter ones are really nice. Still get the same appreciation for the construction of the craft and then get to enjoy the mission much sooner. 10-15 minutes is also a lot more "bite sized" than 30 minutes so I have more opportunities throughout the day to watch instead of putting it off until I know I have a free evening. I watched your video on my break for the first time in probably a few months!
I really like watching you build crafts. I learnt a lot and I am still getting better in constructing my own space planes! Please don't shorten this part of the videos they are my favorite! :D
What a great vessel and mission to start the new year! Taking my hat of to Matt who always thinks of original and amusing videos for us to watch. Thank you Sir!
I actually landed on the Mun yesterday, but I stranded all 4 of my starting Kerbals (Only Jebediah on the first one, and Bill, Bob, and Valentina on the failed rescue. What caused them: Jeb - lack of landing legs resulted in bad position to take off, and Bill, Bob, and Val - landing legs were too high up and the engine blew up on landing, preventing takeoff. Jeb has all the science, so he should be rescued first.
Personally, I really appreciate the building time lapse. Find that it’s always different with ever video whilst some of the burns/node making gets a bit repetitive. Maybe that’s just me?
I can only speak for myself, but I love the craft construction aspect of your videos. I don't download your crafts, but I have built many that have been inspired by your designs.
I really dont mind commenting it again. I always enjoy watching longer videos especially with the building part of the space craft. Since we are watching on youtube and not on tv we have the ability to just skip parts of the video we don't want to watch :) It is not like we are forced to watch the whole video once we started
I do personally enjoy the craft build because it separates it from something that can be downloaded to something that can be built and provides more connection
I like the longer videos, not just because of the building, but mainly because I like hearing Matt talk. I also really like Space This Week (check it out if you haven't). Listening to people talk about stuff they're passionate about is always a treat, especially if you're passionate about it too.
I personally don’t mind the longer videos and regardless of the length I still enjoy the content. But you need to do what you’re comfortable/happy with at the end of the day! Happy New Year!
I love this video's SSTO design. I enjoy watching the time lapses, it helps me figure out what I want to build on my save. (still have no Idea how to get close encounters for docking so I just build satellites and spaceships)
I like that SSTO. The ramp intakes either side of the shock cone looked very nice in profile, and the unusual shortness of it gives an intriguingly strange look, something like a Ford RS200 or a Metro 6R4. Watching this in winter-time, I thought the graphics glitch was a snow mod. I think that would be cute, but it doesn't really go with the fact that the KSC is at the equator.
I did all my LKO refueling with ore delivered from Minmus. Built several "turtle" shaped delivery craft in an inflatable heat shield with 1-2 nuclear engines. (the 2 engine variant delivered 6 large ore tanks) Finding the right altitude to only need one aero-braking pass is a challenge!

my favourite part is the building of the spacecraft so I prefer a longer video with more building than a shorter one with less building. I always learn something new, how to build something good loking or functional so definitely the building is the best part of the video for me.
I built a flat/wide fuel tanker with 7 shorter orange tanks in a * pattern to transport fuel. Maybe something like that - a craft that can land at minmus, mine some fuel, then transport bulk loads of fuel back to the station at Kerbin.
I, for one, love to see the construction of the crafts! You have some clever ideas when you're building, plus I think that's half of the fun of KSP. Besides, given that this is TH-cam, I have the ability to skip that on my own if I didn't want to watch it (which will never be the case.) Happy New Year!
I actually don't mind the length of your videos, and I find he construction portions of your videos to be just as enjoyable to watch as the missions themselves!

They are satisfying to watch and I learn some while watching too.
I’ve always loved watching you build the crafts. Especially space stations and surface bases.
The construction phase is always my favorite part, so not having to play it back at .25x speed would be fantastic.
For me personally I like the Building montages just as they are, even if the video is 5-10 minutes longer I’ll still watch it.
