Hello, @Hoor Rounaq. Surely you can do it. I'm a nurse, since a lot of years I've been studying the strong menstrual pain, unfortunately very widespread, but never normal. A lot can be done to "prevent" the pain, by means of some easy methods, instead of only "combat" it every time. Use the Heating Pad only during the pain is not enough: cramps become more bearable, but it's better to use the Pad, or a classic Hot Water Bottle following an easy method of progressive thermal stimulation, to "prepare" your body to menstruation, avoiding the pain. If you like, write me again: I will able to send you the complete description of the method, very glad to help you not to suffer unnecessarily again, because menstruation must never be a damned doom!
