    IMHO, UK gravel is in a league of it's own. Would love to see a fuller version of your trip and hear more of the details....

    You have beautifully captured the fantastic landscapes. Got to say that some of those gravel uphills looked almost inhumane to master. Big props to both cyclist, filmmaker and editor.

    I just bought this bike a month ago and I'm going on my first tour with it in a couple of weeks (in Normandy). I am very impressed with the bike so far (200 km) and coming from a vintage steel road bike background I appreciate the attention to detail on the frame. It rides SUPER smooth and that paint colour just oozes class...

    Why is it called second city divide when the 2 cities are Glasgow and manchester?

    • @cacmcgoo1
      @cacmcgoo1 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Both known as 2nd cities of respective countries, 2nd main cities . London/Edinburgh.

    • @nicholasplunkett2988
      @nicholasplunkett2988 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Glasgow had claim to be the 2nd city of Britain at some point in it's history (disputed), and Manchester pretty much is now.

    • @webbzz91
      @webbzz91 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@nicholasplunkett2988 Manchester has never been the second city. Birmingham is the second city at over twice the size of Manchester and with a much larger economy.

    • @nicholasplunkett2988
      @nicholasplunkett2988 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@webbzz91 Aye fair enough, can't really argue with that. The problem with UK cities is that it's quite hard to define just how 'big' they are by definition. Manchester and Birmingham both compete at quite level pegging as they're both at the heart of similarly sized metropolitan counties - but I'd say the public perception leans towards Manchester in the recent decade - and that's not to shit on Birmingham in any way, so apologies!
