Pork congee with century & salted eggs🥚Rice cooker-easy 👍🏼

  • ★Serving: 2 people
    ★Ingredients:
    -Lean pork HKD20
    -Century egg x2
    -Salted egg x2
    -Rice 160g
    -Water 1600ML
    ★Marinade- Lean pork:
    -Salt 1 pinch
    -Sugar 1 pinch
    -Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
    ★Steps:
    1) Slice the meat, marinate the lean pork in salt, sugar and soy sauce
    2) Wash the rice, put the rice and water into rice cooker, select normal cooking mode
    3) Boil the meat 1-2 minutes
    4) Boil century eggs and salted eggs 12 minutes (Boil century eggs is optional)
    5) Slice century eggs and salted eggs
    6) After rice cooker has been cooking for 30-40 minutes, add all ingredients
    7) Rice cooker finish cooking, serve.
    ★Remarks: Keep stirring the rice
