Absolutely terrific! Para and por have always been a "yikes, which??..." for me! Great help! And, the video, -fast-paced, exciting- used them ALL! Thank you!
Muchas gracias, I have started your Elevate course and I am finding the way you teach is so much easier to remember than going to Tafe or reading a book. It is starting to fall into place. Gracias Carolina
Thank you. You have a nice presence about you. Appreciate how you articulate your words and your pace of presentation. Please spend time looking for opportunities that will reward my stated comments. Your look great which is a nice plus for you. My first glance of you presentation is great.
I LOVED this lesson. Do you have a video tricks on placing words like: te, le, la, se, etc… in the right places of sentences? I sometimes struggle to remember the placement of the little words. Thanks, Erica!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I have a three-part video series on "se" (first video here: th-cam.com/video/DxD0gbJ-aFk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=EpfEM22tg1Uphqdh) but not specifically about the placement of this and other pronouns. I'll put that on my list, thank you!!
@@spanish379 Good question: They can both be used, but "de nada" is the standard way to say "You're welcome" and more common. "Por nada" means more like "It's nothing" or "Don't mention it."

Maybe learn to pronounce por and para first before you make a video telling people how to use them!

What is the difference between "de nada" and "por nada" ?
@@spanish379 Good question:
They can both be used, but "de nada" is the standard way to say "You're welcome" and more common. "Por nada" means more like "It's nothing" or "Don't mention it."

Is de nada not "you're welcome" ?
@@eoghancullen Haha! Yes, I meant "you're welcome" not "thank you". Sorry about that, I just modified my response. 😊
I struggle with 'de' it is the bane of my understanding.
Oh no! We'll have to fix that! 😊Is there any particular reason why?
@@EricaRayLanguage it is associated with, about, from, it seems to pop up in the most unusual places. And sometimes doesn't make sense.
Gotcha! I'll put it on my list of video ideas. Thanks! 😊
