I've been thinking, aren't stands able to become selectively intangible? I remember there being at least a couple times where a stand phases through one object but interacts with another. Primary example being Star Platinum phasing through Jotaro and Joseph but touching their hearts. As for Superfly, I'd say that superfly alone is unable to beat him, but with Jotaro's Star Platinum I doubt Kars can pull a trick such as the suggested feather thing.
Okay. There is a problem with GER here. Namely we don't know how it works fully. So much so that Giorno himself admits it. For example, it could possibly loop Kars into a single action, like hime flapping his wings and leave him in the air forever. Keep in mind i am still reading through part 5 as of writing this so i'm probably wrong.

The problem is, if Kars returned in any part after BT he'd get his hands on the Arrow very quickly, and he could even develop a stand on his own. And even then, if he has genetic info in him from all lifeforms, you could speculate that after Kars makes contact with a stand user, he could copy their genetic info, which essentially carries dormant stands
I don't think he could just copy stands, but it stands to reason that the guy who made his own species extinct to pursue power would have a very powerful stand. And even if it sucked, the ability to see stands is a massive improvement.
In part 5 we learned stands come from a kind of virus from outer space. If Kars could replicate that virus and understand it's power he could turn off stands create arrows or reach haven presumably do anything.

During the final boss fight between dio and jotaro, we saw dios amount of time within stopped time increasing, so lets say its been 100 years since the incident with the crusaders and dio won BUT didnt go full dio over heaven, if his vampire body finally evolved and became one with Jonathan as well as his stopped time evolving in to hours, or maybe even however dio wants it to last, couldnt he just stop time and launch kars back in to space? Or stop time and literally obliterate every single cell within kars' body?

The best option for DIO would probably be to use The World and Vanilla Ice in conjunction; have Vanilla Ice turn into his void, and the freeze time. Then shove Kars into it in frozen time. It's about the best shot DIO has.

You know, that would be really good. Shizuka, the adoptive Joestar, fights former enemy of Joseph. It would't be possible to beat him with her stand tho, unless she developed some new ability (hamon? maybe light/hamon stand abilities?). Actually, you really forgot a very powerful circumstantial Part 3 Stand User: D'Arby the Gambler. Yes, I'm serious. Think about it: All D'Arby needs to do is to convince Kars to play a rigged game with him. If D'Arby uses Kar's pride in being the "Ultimate Lifeform" to trick him into playing, he could steal Kar's soul. Now the body will have to be disposed of so Kars doesn't come back but hey... details.

But Kars is the creator of the mask and he became the Ultimate Lifeform so If he had a stand it would definitely be a stand that could absorb other stands. no one would be able to go against Kars physically. or against his stand. if he could gain the ultimate life form. then I'm pretty sure he could gain a Heavenly stand. you can't say I'm wrong
(Steel Ball Run Spoilers) Didn't the alternate timeline, non-vampiric, Dio develop The World? It seems like that stand might be more based on his soul, and not his body. Though The World does seem to get somewhat of a power boost from his vampirism. I do think Kars would probably develop a strong stand though, but who knows lol

Back when I was reading Part 6 I thought that the reason why Dio sent Pucci to Cape Canaveral was because somehow he knew about Kars, so let's say that the NASA found a meteorite long time ago and they store them in the John F. Kennedy Space Center as an attraction for tourists, as we seen Kars was literally brain dead by the end of part 2, maybe accumulating debris of rock while floating in the space until he somehow crash in the earth. So Dio's plan was to send Pucci to use the green baby to fuse it with Kars, allowing Dio's mind to take control of the body and thus gaining a new body and a new stand. I think all of the Stardust Crusaders working in unison would be able to defeat Ultimate Kars, but *only* if they work as a team Iggy: The Fool is an effectively invulnerable stand since attacking it does not harm Iggy, but its attack level is kind of low, so it's unlikely it would be able to effectively harm Ultimate Kars. Iggy would probably be best used as 1: first SDC to get close to Kars since he's, you know, a _dog_ and Kars probably wouldn't notice him, allowing him to exploit the element of surprise, and then 2: as a status effect: The Fool could effectively gum up Kars' movements and keep him at least somewhat static long enough for the others to pile on. Also, as a superpowered terrier, I can't think of anything better to counter Kars' 'super-murder-animal' polyp technique. Kakyoin: Hierophant Green's barrier would be able to keep Kars grounded once The Fool has restrained him, damaging/destroying his wings when he frees himself and attempts to escape. Because of the speed of Emerald Splash, it's unlikely that Kars, even with his heightened senses, would be able to deflect it as effectively as DIO, since it's invisible to him and likely supersonic, negating his air-pressure sense. Polnareff: Silver Chariot can probably deal the most tactically-significant damage to Kars in the least amount of time, slicing and stabbing too fast for even the Ultimate lifeform to effectively counter. Repeatedly slashing at ligaments and major support structures will likely keep Kars down long enough for the other major players to come into effect. Jotaro: ORAORAORA 'nuff said. Jotaro will basically back up Polnareff's slashy-stabby with his screaming machine-gun meat-tenderizer, effectively turning Kars into extremely flamboyant mush while the finishing blow is prepared. Avdol: Yes, really. Avdol is the star player in this because Magician's Red is basically perfect for permanently neutralizing the now semi-liquefied Kars. Do you have any idea how hot something has to be to vaporize bullets mid-flight? *_VERY_* Once Iggy, Jotaro, and Polnareff hold Kars down and smash'n'slash him into a pulp, Avdol comes in and turns the Ultimate Paste into Ultimate Ash Joseph: He'd have thought the whole thing up, even down to having one last exchange with Kars(' mulched-up remains) "Was this all part of your plan, Jojo?!" Well Kars could defeat Cream. Like you said Kars can sense air movement which means when cream moves in the air Kars would be able to sense him even if it wasn’t that good. He would notice something strange happening in the air which means he would probably avoid it.

I have a couple ideas for stand users that might stand a chance against Ultimate Kars: Yellow Temperance: If this joker doesn't fuck around like he did with Jotaro, he could possibly eat away at Kars, however, Kars wouldn't just stand there and get eaten. In Jojo fashion he would probably end up just eating the stand and Rubber Soul along with em. Vanilla Ice/C.R.E.A.M: Vanilla Ice was just ignorant to his vampiric nature and thats how he got bodied, if he took out Kar's head and then his body in succesion I think he could pull it off. We don't know how quick he can regenerate a whole brain so it could work... The Lovers/Hyrophant Green: I put both of these together because I think their possesion abilities have potential. If Kars got tagged by The Lovers and tried eating Steely Dan he would digest himself alive. If Kakyoin could get a hold of Kars he could probably walk him into a volcano or something idk. This is taking into account that Kars can't touch stands or see them really, but who knows maybe being the Ultimate being means you can manipulate energy at will. That would allow him to physically fight a stand and these two would be fucked. Magicians Red: I wanted to mention this because although Kars did swim through lava it was said this was only for a moment, and assuming he were in there any longer he would have ended up melting anyway. So if that is the case, Avdol could have a sliver of a chance, but not much. Pet Shop: Assuming Kars can't superheat his body and melt the ice or use Space-Ripper-Stingy-Eyes, he could possibly be encased in ice and then stored away somewhere where he can't break free. But this is Jojo and Kars would probably just flex and shatter the ice. Atum/Osiris: Kars could probably be turned into a puppet or poker chip but that is only if his will is broken which it cannot be. Literally indominable will, he has lived thousands of years just waiting for a chance to become Ultimate he wouldn't even consider playing the game, so they are done. Sethan: Kars being an immortal that has lived for thousands of years and fighting against Sethan would be interesting. If its possible for him to revert Kars to a form before he became Ultimate, AND if it was in the sunlight, that could work. The thing is though, Kars would just immediately murder Alessi because his stand is useless beyond his pedo effect... Most of the stands in Part 3 like Empress, The Sun, Ebony Devil, etc., have the advantage of being intangible or having their users be at a safe distance/dead but the strength of Kars alone is enough to overpower them. It would be a constant uphill battle and Kars could just lose a limb and regrow any damaged parts etc. The Hand: Okuyasu could erase Kars entirely if he was smart about it. But you know... Heaven's Door: Rohan has a lot of potential to remove some of Kars abilities if not his Ultimate form entirely. Or he could turn him into paper and make him burn himself. It's just a matter of tagging him without being noticed. I wonder how long that book would be though... Ratt: The rat has potential. If the effects of the bolts don't end until the rat is dead then Kars would be focused on regeneating his melting parts. However Kars could just send a bunch of creatures from his body or form a protective shell and stomp on the bitch so maybe not. Enigma: If it weren't for all the Jojo villains having weird caviats and kinks that activate their powers most of them would be unstoppable. Kars could be trapped in paper for all time and it would most likely work. But he would never be able to scare Kars and wouldnt climax. Super Fly: It is a difficult one, but Super Fly can maybe turn Kars into a permanent ficture of the tower if he tries leaving. Not sure what would happen to his body, maybe he could just revert back through sheer will power... Killer Queen (all abilities): Killer Queen has the most potential of all. Solely because his explosions almost completely disintegrate a person. Now the key word is almost, Josuke saved Hayato at the last second when he exploded meaning it's not instantaneous. Kars could regenerate quick enough or fully reform from a piece of himself that flies off, but in that time Kira could also plant another bomb. Bites the Dust wouldnt be super usefull since it would pretty much end the same everytime and Sheer Heart Attack is doing nothing. (Edit: Ok it doesn't body Kars, you said that to bait us fr. 1. Kars can just leave, Sheer Heart Attack cant fly. 2. He can lower his body temperature at will, becoming colder than the hottest thing in the room. 3. Jotaro was right next to that shit and survived, what do you think its gonna do to Kars, even if it repeatedly blew up on him?) Part 4 had a couple swings and a lot of misses. Energy based stands like Boy2Man/Highway Star would be useless since Kars could just breathe and have infinite energy, possibly even overload them and kill them. Cheap Trick would just end up peeling off his back and he would grow a new one. RHCPepper could maybe stun him but we haven't seen what electricity does to Kars. And as much as I love Mikitaka he would die, nothing he does could help him... Soft Machine/Little Feet/Man in the Mirror/Grateful Dead/Green Day: All of these types of stands with specific rules are hard to guess because they have never been done on someone who can manipulate their body at will. Kars could possibly do anything; reinflate himself, regrow himself to normal size (even small he would body Formaggio), he could fly above the set level of Green Day. These have potential to be a problem but with a little imagination are not. White Album: Similar to Pet Shop, if Kars didn't use a heat ability or break through the ice he could be potentially frozen for good. This is a big if though. Notorious B.I.G: Kars could avoid this easily, he could sever a limb or fly away, but if Big got a good hold on him he would be hard to remove. King Crimson: Similar to Dio, Kars could survive this. He is a basic powerful stand and skipping 10 seconds isn't going to give Diavolo enough time to figure out how to effectively defeat Kars. No matter how much he pummels him. GER: Requiem could incapasitate Kars, and similarly to Diavolo, trap him in a never ending loop of death. Would this scar Kars mentally, probably not. He was a meteor in space for atleast 100 years. It would however, put him out of commision because there is literally no way to get out of that. Unless the phrase "You will never reach the Truth" illudes to a solution. If someone with a level head and great intelligence could find this truth, well maybe Kars would break the cycle. Silver Chariot Requiem: Kars gets mind swapped with a baby or some rando and is stuck there forever until the stand is defeated. Or maybe until it walks far enough out of Rome that everyone reverts back? I'm gonna stop here because I am still reading Stone Ocean and I am done writing this huge ass comment.

It really comes down to what is considered "defeat" if Anubis is picked up by someone normally it seems like they are instantly taken over. The Cow wasn't because it was stabbed and enraged. But I assume an unassuming Kars would be possessed. Granted That's a horrifying proposition, but technically I feel possessing someone is not unlike defeating them. Destroying his body...not as likely though.

I think it's very difficult to judge because of the vast shift in the power systems of the show. Yeah no one before or since has anywhere close to the physical powers of ultimate Kars, he's so far above everyone else that it's like comparing a baby to a champion power lifter. But there's several different types of stand that don't care about physical power, not least of all the mind bending time related ones that the main villains tend to have. So to me a lot of these fights are stalemates because very few stands can do enough complete destructive damage to kill Kars, but many of them can attack in ways that he would be unable to counter (not to mention he wouldn't be able to see them).

You misrepresent Kira. Almost the entirety of his arc is him hiding, he only uses KQ when found out pressured or when he is sure to have the advantage. Unless Kars goes on a rampage killing everyone in sight (nothing seems to imply thats his plan), Kira would have all the time in the world to wait for the right time.
yellow temperance lost because the user isn't immune to drowning. but if they fought on level ground how would it go? temperance would block any range or melee attack, hamon is heat and heat just makes temperance grow faster. kars could sever any limbs that get temperance on them and grow a new one but that only buys time. maybe kars figures something out eventually but it would be pretty crazy.
How do you figure something out that kills you instantly. Kars wouldn't be lucky enough to understand what it was before it was crawling up his back and erases him from existence in one explosion. If you just start shrinking he would just kill the person close to him and if the stand user is killed the stands effects are reverted hella fast and usually takes enough damage the effects are reverted
In a way, I sort of feel like Araki ended the Stone mask/Pillar men/hamon thing too soon for the sake of jumping into the stand thing. I think he could have found a better way of utilizing and maybe instead of having the stands as "spiritual" hamon, having them as some kind of advanced hamon technique that the arrow can activate in would be/already hamon users as the next step up. I think he muddies the water a little there and in a way, while the Stands are cool, at the same time it feels like he's throwing away what he started with really quick since Joseph and Dio are the main things hailing back to the start of jjba. Plus by tying the Arrows directly into hamon, that makes it more straight forward, imo. Plus that would explain born stand users a little better. They were born with a lot of hamon and eventually it manifested into a stand.

Part 6, he hit a slump with Stands, so he came up with Spin. It's what keeps him fresh after all the years.

I've been thinking, aren't stands able to become selectively intangible? I remember there being at least a couple times where a stand phases through one object but interacts with another. Primary example being Star Platinum phasing through Jotaro and Joseph but touching their hearts.
As for Superfly, I'd say that superfly alone is unable to beat him, but with Jotaro's Star Platinum I doubt Kars can pull a trick such as the suggested feather thing.
Okay. There is a problem with GER here. Namely we don't know how it works fully. So much so that Giorno himself admits it. The problem is, if Kars returned in any part after BT he'd get his hands on the Arrow very quickly, and he could even develop a stand on his own. And even then, if he has genetic info in him from all lifeforms, you could speculate that after Kars makes contact with a stand user, he could copy their genetic info, which essentially carries dormant stands
Yeah hed probably be like an evolved WS. Can access any stand he comes into contact with, and probably could even have his own too.
I don't think he could just copy stands, but it stands to reason that the guy who made his own species extinct to pursue power would have a very powerful stand. And even if it sucked, the ability to see stands is a massive improvement.
In part 5 we learned stands come from a kind of virus from outer space. If Kars could replicate that virus and understand it's power he could turn off stands create arrows or reach haven presumably do anything.

During the final boss fight between dio and jotaro, we saw dios amount of time within stopped time increasing, so lets say its been 100 years since the incident with the crusaders and dio won BUT didnt go full dio over heaven, if his vampire body finally evolved and became one with Jonathan as well as his stopped time evolving in to hours, or maybe even however dio wants it to last, couldnt he just stop time and launch kars back in to space? Or stop time and literally obliterate every single cell within kars' body?
Also, wouldn't Justice (p3) have a chance against kars? Let's say that he gets wounded for *reasons*, the stand would have a opening to do something, let's say, use kars OP hamon against himself.

Back when I was reading Part 6 I thought that the reason why Dio sent Pucci to Cape Canaveral was because somehow he knew about Kars, so let's say that the NASA found a meteorite long time ago and they store them in the John F. Kennedy Space Center as an attraction for tourists, as we seen Kars was literally brain dead by the end of part 2, maybe accumulating debris of rock while floating in the space until he somehow crash in the earth. So Dio's plan was to send Pucci to use the green baby to fuse it with Kars, allowing Dio's mind to take control of the body and thus gaining a new body and a new stand.

I think all of the Stardust Crusaders working in unison would be able to defeat Ultimate Kars, but *only* if they work as a team
Iggy: The Fool is an effectively invulnerable stand since attacking it does not harm Iggy, but its attack level is kind of low, so it's unlikely it would be able to effectively harm Ultimate Kars. Iggy would probably be best used as 1: first SDC to get close to Kars since he's, you know, a _dog_ and Kars probably wouldn't notice him, allowing him to exploit the element of surprise, and then 2: as a status effect: The Fool could effectively gum up Kars' movements and keep him at least somewhat static long enough for the others to pile on. Also, as a superpowered terrier, I can't think of anything better to counter Kars' 'super-murder-animal' polyp technique.
Kakyoin: Hierophant Green's barrier would be able to keep Kars grounded once The Fool has restrained him, damaging/destroying his wings when he frees himself and attempts to escape. Because of the speed of Emerald Splash, it's unlikely that Kars, even with his heightened senses, would be able to deflect it as effectively as DIO, since it's invisible to him and likely supersonic, negating his air-pressure sense.
Polnareff: Silver Chariot can probably deal the most tactically-significant damage to Kars in the least amount of time, slicing and stabbing too fast for even the Ultimate lifeform to effectively counter. Repeatedly slashing at ligaments and major support structures will likely keep Kars down long enough for the other major players to come into effect.
Jotaro: ORAORAORA 'nuff said. Jotaro will basically back up Polnareff's slashy-stabby with his screaming machine-gun meat-tenderizer, effectively turning Kars into extremely flamboyant mush while the finishing blow is prepared.
Avdol: Yes, really. Avdol is the star player in this because Magician's Red is basically perfect for permanently neutralizing the now semi-liquefied Kars. Do you have any idea how hot something has to be to vaporize bullets mid-flight?

Well Kars could defeat Cream. Like you said Kars can sense air movement which means when cream moves in the air Kars would be able to sense him even if it wasn’t that good. He would notice something strange happening in the air which means he would probably avoid it.

I have a couple ideas for stand users that might stand a chance against Ultimate Kars:
Yellow Temperance: If this joker doesn't fuck around like he did with Jotaro, he could possibly eat away at Kars, however, Kars wouldn't just stand there and get eaten. In Jojo fashion he would probably end up just eating the stand and Rubber Soul along with em.
Vanilla Ice/C.R.E.A.M: Vanilla Ice was just ignorant to his vampiric nature and thats how he got bodied, if he took out Kar's head and then his body in succesion I think he could pull it off. We don't know how quick he can regenerate a whole brain so it could work...
The Lovers/Hyrophant Green: I put both of these together because I think their possesion abilities have potential. If Kars got tagged by The Lovers and tried eating Steely Dan he would digest himself alive. If Kakyoin could get a hold of Kars he could probably walk him into a volcano or something idk. This is taking into account that Kars can't touch stands or see them really, but who knows maybe being the Ultimate being means you can manipulate energy at will. That would allow him to physically fight a stand and these two would be fucked.
Magicians Red: I wanted to mention this because although Kars did swim through lava it was said this was only for a moment, and assuming he were in there any longer he would have ended up melting anyway. So if that is the case, Avdol could have a sliver of a chance, but not much.
Pet Shop: Assuming Kars can't superheat his body and melt the ice or use Space-Ripper-Stingy-Eyes, he could possibly be encased in ice and then stored away somewhere where he can't break free. But this is Jojo and Kars would probably just flex and shatter the ice.
Atum/Osiris: Kars could probably be turned into a puppet or poker chip but that is only if his will is broken which it cannot be. Literally indominable will, he has lived thousands of years just waiting for a chance to become Ultimate he wouldn't even consider playing the game, so they are done.
Sethan: Kars being an immortal that has lived for thousands of years and fighting against Sethan would be interesting. If its possible for him to revert Kars to a form before he became Ultimate, AND if it was in the sunlight, that could work. The thing is though, Kars would just immediately murder Alessi because his stand is useless beyond his pedo effect...
Most of the stands in Part 3 like Empress, The Sun, Ebony Devil, etc., have the advantage of being intangible or having their users be at a safe distance/dead but the strength of Kars alone is enough to overpower them. It would be a constant uphill battle and Kars could just lose a limb and regrow any damaged parts etc.
The Hand: Okuyasu could erase Kars entirely if he was smart about it. But you know...
Heaven's Door: Rohan has a lot of potential to remove some of Kars abilities if not his Ultimate form entirely. Or he could turn him into paper and make him burn himself. It's just a matter of tagging him without being noticed. I wonder how long that book would be though...
Ratt: The rat has potential. If the effects of the bolts don't end until the rat is dead then Kars would be focused on regeneating his melting parts. However Kars could just send a bunch of creatures from his body or form a protective shell and stomp on the bitch so maybe not.
Enigma: If it weren't for all the Jojo villains having weird caviats and kinks that activate their powers most of them would be unstoppable. Kars could be trapped in paper for all time and it would most likely work. But he would never be able to scare Kars and wouldnt climax.
Super Fly: It is a difficult one, but Super Fly can maybe turn Kars into a permanent ficture of the tower if he tries leaving. Not sure what would happen to his body, maybe he could just revert back through sheer will power...
Killer Queen (all abilities): Killer Queen has the most potential of all. Solely because his explosions almost completely disintegrate a person. Now the key word is almost, Josuke saved Hayato at the last second when he exploded meaning it's not instantaneous. Kars could regenerate quick enough or fully reform from a piece of himself that flies off, but in that time Kira could also plant another bomb. Bites the Dust wouldnt be super usefull since it would pretty much end the same everytime and Sheer Heart Attack is doing nothing.
(Edit: Ok it doesn't body Kars, you said that to bait us fr. 1. Kars can just leave, Sheer Heart Attack cant fly. 2. He can lower his body temperature at will, becoming colder than the hottest thing in the room. 3. Jotaro was right next to that shit and survived, what do you think its gonna do to Kars, even if it repeatedly blew up on him?)
Part 4 had a couple swings and a lot of misses. Energy based stands like Boy2Man/Highway Star would be useless since Kars could just breathe and have infinite energy, possibly even overload them and kill them. Cheap Trick would just end up peeling off his back and he would grow a new one. RHCPepper could maybe stun him but we haven't seen what electricity does to Kars. And as much as I love Mikitaka he would die, nothing he does could help him...
Soft Machine/Little Feet/Man in the Mirror/Grateful Dead/Green Day: All of these types of stands with specific rules are hard to guess because they have never been done on someone who can manipulate their body at will. Kars could possibly do anything; reinflate himself, regrow himself to normal size (even small he would body Formaggio), he could fly above the set level of Green Day. These have potential to be a problem but with a little imagination are not.
White Album: Similar to Pet Shop, if Kars didn't use a heat ability or break through the ice he could be potentially frozen for good. This is a big if though.
Notorious B.I.G: Kars could avoid this easily, he could sever a limb or fly away, but if Big got a good hold on him he would be hard to remove.
King Crimson: Similar to Dio, Kars could survive this. He is a basic powerful stand and skipping 10 seconds isn't going to give Diavolo enough time to figure out how to effectively defeat Kars. No matter how much he pummels him.
GER: Requiem could incapasitate Kars, and similarly to Diavolo, trap him in a never ending loop of death. Would this scar Kars mentally, probably not. He was a meteor in space for atleast 100 years. It would however, put him out of commision because there is literally no way to get out of that. Unless the phrase "You will never reach the Truth" illudes to a solution. If someone with a level head and great intelligence could find this truth, well maybe Kars would break the cycle.
Silver Chariot Requiem: Kars gets mind swapped with a baby or some rando and is stuck there forever until the stand is defeated. Or maybe until it walks far enough out of Rome that everyone reverts back?

It really comes down to what is considered "defeat" if Anubis is picked up by someone normally it seems like they are instantly taken over. The Cow wasn't because it was stabbed and enraged. But I assume an unassuming Kars would be possessed. Granted That's a horrifying proposition, but technically I feel possessing someone is not unlike defeating them. Destroying his body...not as likely though.

I think it's very difficult to judge because of the vast shift in the power systems of the show. Yeah no one before or since has anywhere close to the physical powers of ultimate Kars, he's so far above everyone else that it's like comparing a baby to a champion power lifter. But there's several different types of stand that don't care about physical power, not least of all the mind bending time related ones that the main villains tend to have. So to me a lot of these fights are stalemates because very few stands can do enough complete destructive damage to kill Kars, but many of them can attack in ways that he would be unable to counter (not to mention he wouldn't be able to see them).

Kars: “I’m gonna do that thing that guy is doin”

However, each time Kars fell onto Mars, and, since he is the “ultimate lifeform,” he survived each reset. This happened 35 times, leading to 36 Kars on Mars.
(Most of the novels are generally considered non-canon, but they are official. The main one that people often believe or headcanon to be in the timeline is Purple Haze Feedback, since it works out in the story)

Kakyoin never could kill with paintings. He just extended Heirophant Green to slash at Jotaro's leg and did the painting thing in an attempt to be subtle (then dropped all subtlety once it became clear that wouldn't work).
Now what's a REALLY big "Araki Forgot" moment is 2 out of 3 of Golden Experience's powers...because the damage reflection and mental berserk state both literally never happen again after fighting Bruno. Because seriously, Giorno could have easily beaten everyone by just making shields for the purpose of getting hit and reflect OHKO all of the hard hitters he fought (in fact, now that i think about it, shouldn't everyone he healed he partially invulnerable due to their organs and flesh being Giorno's damage-reflection lifeforms? Most of Mista's fights should have resulted in his opponents getting bullet holes when they reflect his bullets back at him.)

8:33 I don't believe that 3 freeze is strong enough to damage ultimate Kars. It's a strong attack but kars is so strong he could probably more or less ignore the pressure, and walk over to koichi.

You misrepresent Kira. Almost the entirety of his arc is him hiding, he only uses KQ when found out pressured or when he is sure to have the advantage.
Unless Kars goes on a rampage killing everyone in sight (nothing seems to imply thats his plan), Kira would have all the time in the world to wait for the right time.
That and all Kira would have to do is touch him right? Then destroy all his molecules in a single explosion.

yellow temperance lost because the user isn't immune to drowning. but if they fought on level ground how would it go? temperance would block any range or melee attack, hamon is heat and heat just makes temperance grow faster. kars could sever any limbs that get temperance on them and grow a new one but that only buys time. maybe kars figures something out eventually but it would be pretty crazy.

I was thinking the empress would be a good option if Kars’s IQ wasn’t so high (because of the whole lady getting blood on him) but then I realized that Kars would just regenerate and destroy the empress.
Green Green Grass of Home, The Green Baby's stand, can defeat him. Kars can't reach him to attack it and the stand can just shrink him until the power difference is enough to turn Kars to mush or just shrink him out of existence
Kars hasn't shown to be able to manipulate his size to the degree that would be needed. No animal or plant in nature can grow to the extent that would be needed either

If you just start shrinking he would just kill the person close to him and if the stand user is killed the stands effects are reverted hella fast and usually takes enough damage the effects are reverted

In a way, I sort of feel like Araki ended the Stone mask/Pillar men/hamon thing too soon for the sake of jumping into the stand thing. I think he could have found a better way of utilizing and maybe instead of having the stands as "spiritual" hamon, having them as some kind of advanced hamon technique that the arrow can activate in would be/already hamon users as the next step up. I think he muddies the water a little there and in a way, while the Stands are cool, at the same time it feels like he's throwing away what he started with really quick since Joseph and Dio are the main things hailing back to the start of jjba. Plus by tying the Arrows directly into hamon, that makes it more straight forward, imo. Plus that would explain born stand users a little better. They were born with a lot of hamon and eventually it manifested into a stand.

Part 1, he hit a slump with the fights, so for Part 2 he made the fights much more strategic instead of athletic.

It's what keeps him fresh after all the years.

GE can destroy cars by being one of the stands with the lowest attack there is.
It is impossible that with one of GER's longest and most powerful barrage he would be unable to kill Kars.
