Realistic lived in Home Tour 60s house progressing into industrial minimalist

Welcome into our 1960's home we are slowly but surely transitioning into making our own. We have lived here 7 years and hopefully now have the "bones" of the house in good working condition. I will include updates as we work on personalizing parts of this house to suit our own preferences. This is our very first home (and maybe last:) we own together as a family.
My vision is vintage eclectic with lots of texture, industrial and minimalist elements added in. We would also love to bring in some contrasting modern pieces maybe with lightning or furniture. I'm excited to do lots of DIYs together making memories in the process. My husband Nick and my son Niko don't really like being on camera so I will only add them in sparingly as they ok it and maybe eventually come to enjoy it more. I'd love to hear your ideas as always for upcoming video ideas and am checking comments sporadically to answer any questions you have for me.
