looking at what little we have of splatoon 3 including some things from the twitter i think that the story mode takes place outside of the city inside of that desert and that the train is just to take you from the story to the main hub
Splatoon 3 is great for me because from what little we've seen so-far (with new weapons, new spawn system, implied new campaign, weird new pet system, new Inkling customisation options) it seems like it'll be enough of shift to avoid having the hyper-talented-elites dominant the game to the point where I can't play it anymore. I also thing this will be the one where they get to go wild. I understand why they played it safe with 2, but those reasons don't apply for 3.
I also hope Nintendo doesn't give us overhype for another copy paste game of Splatoon. I was also hoping for N64 games to be ported and added to the nintendo online library. Oh well...😌
I very much enjoyed your video, and agree on many of those points you made. I am fine with the new smash character, I just didn't want a Fire Emblem Sword fighter again, cause EVERY Fire Emblem character is a sword fighter in smash, if slightly different flavors of sword fighter(Like cardboard and cardboard vanilla). The biggest disappointment to me was the lack of any Metroid news entirely, not even a mention! I'd pay the full $60 for a Metroid Trilogy port, and I am sure others would as well. Id even be satisfied with a Metroid Federation Force port to the switch, cause then at least it would be SOMETHING. The controls would probably work better for the switch than the 3DS I think. Anyway, rant over, great video and break down of the Nintendo Direct!
Compared to the Wind Waker HD port, and Link's Awakening remake. The Skyward Sword port is really just nice for accessibility's sake. Nothing more nothing less. Even though it's a 10 year old game, many many people and family homes have a Wii, and you can get the original version (with Orchestral soundtrack CD) here in PAL for literally 25-30. The port adds nothing so unless you absolutely hate to/can't play with the Wii mote it adds next to nothing. Despite it's more mediocre reception, the chance for an actual more modernized version to come out at some point will be sad for the Skyward Sword lovers. TLDR it's just a scrubbish overpriced port with HD slapped on the title, but it's existence doesn't change nor hurt anything.
I guess. The games are very different though. I personally preferred xenoblade 2 because I didn’t really like the xenoblade 1 gameplay. They’re barely related story wise, but I’d still recommend someone to play 1 first because the connection in 2 is pretty cool.

no it sucked, splat 3 was good, they fucking hyped LoZ:SWS HD using BOTW2? cheap 😓 also I have ADHD and I was getting *ANGRY* during the project triangle whatever game, the demo was so boring I was like screaming at my TV my boyfriend was cracking up. I like booba lady in smash tho she’s very cute and that’s what I care most about as a pikachu main
And miitopia is a beloved 3DS game with millions of hours full of gameplay,great battle system,replay value,and one of the best games from the ds line.it deserves to be $50 (and your lucky it isn’t $60 anyway)

If you want to play Xenoblade 2, you should start with Xenoblade 1.
