Early adopters get messed over, and this is another example of it. How many of you spent 12k yen on the individual parts for this form? Well for those considering making it, this is a very solid package that contains everything needed, including a pair of Psycho Gundam arms that feature a new mold. You can save half of the funds you might have budgeted for the separate parts of this form, you're very welcome.

Considering that it is pretty much a fully loaded Hazel it might be worth. But as you mentioned, price is quite high... it's even competing with itself as a Master Grade at that price point.
I do hope the revised giant arms mean possible a new Psycho Gundam or possible MK2.
They consistently win polls on Gundaminfo but somehow I feel Bandai only cares about $$$$
Those who think they're making money know nothing of what they aren't making money from.
This set is expensive, yes, but I will still recommend it to those who want this particular form, as buying the separate kits is like twice the price.
Also, sorry to break it to you, but I don't think these arms are indicative of an HG Psycho Gundam Mk-II as these are modeled after the original and are non-transformable. If anything, we might see an official TR-5 Hrairoo Gigantic Arm Unit or the TR-6 Woundwort Gigantic Form in the future as these arms are on their isolated runners

how did you set it up on 2 action base poles? Also do you have a photo of all your AOZ kits with this one in the mix?
I just set the 2 poles up on an Action Base 2, still isn't the safest option out there, so maybe an action base 4, 5, or even the future Action Base 6 would be better. And I do not have a photo of all the bunnies I own just yet, but maybe when I pack them up for transport during my move to the UK, I might just take a photo of them and pack them together
I hope there's optional parts to get the arms, might go well for kitbashing/remaking psycho gundam but not transformable and just be a giant 1/144 Gundam that can wield huge weapons.
Welp, the only way to get these arms is to get the full GA Hazel

Coming from the recent Gaplant Hrairoo w/ Gigantic Arms.
Were those extra parts can be used with those ones?
The leftovers between both kits are disjointed and unusable unless you have some extra TR-6s or are in need of backups for your TR-1, Hrududu, and Hrududu II

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. I don't think it's by fault of the feet per se, as they can handle the Hazel-rah Second Form very well, it's just the Gigantic Arms that are heavy as balls even when they're literally hollow inside
So as shown in the tr5 hrairoo portion of the video it is impossible to kitbash as is for tr5 hrairoo gingatic arm without either thickening the psyco gundam arm joint or replacing the hurududu ii part, am i correct?
That is correct. The Gaplant TR-5 is not made to receive the Psycho Gundam arms

MJ, what paint do you use for the yellow detail for the thruster?
Just careful application of the yellow Gundam marker, nothing fancy
Can I build Hazel Oswla just with this kit? The MG is double the price and don't wanna waste time looking for separate kits to kitbash.
Yes, you can build just the Hazel Owsla with this kit, but it also depends on what form of the Hazel Owsla. However, I'll save you time in saying that minus the double shield booster type, not unless you have another Hazel to rip from, and the Hrududu forms, you can make most of the forms of the Hazel Owsla with this package
Imagine a fight between Age Titus, Astray Powered-Red and this guy. Lots of muscle flex
Muscles for the first two, but the Hazel will just blow them away
And then Huckebein mk3 Boxer come in to battle
Would it be possible to build the regular Hazel Owsla out of this and have enough parts left over to build the TR-5 Gaplant gigantic arms unit? There's so many parts and spares that I'm not sure at the end of the video.
Parts-wise, you'd still be missing the Shield Boosters to make the Gaplant TR-5 Hrairoo Gigantic Arm Unit. On top of that, I found that despite the new one using the old Hrududu II binders, the holes were slightly retooled to fit the Psycho Gundam arms perfectly. Granted, it's not a hard issue to fix, but it won't be a perfect replica either because you'd still have to steal Shield Boosters from your other Hazels
@@mj2005gundam thanks so much for the reply! I think I'm going to try anyway, as it's quite a lot cheaper than trying to grab all the separate parts for the Hazel Owsla. (Last time I checked I could get the full hazel owsla gigantic arm kit for less than it weould cost to get 2 primroses separately)
Hmm, I wonder if the Hazel Owsla were fit with my HG Haze'N'Thley II Rah?
The Gigantic Arms will fit in the new Hrududu II units, so it should work with your HG TR-6 Hyzenthlay II-rah mechanically. No promises for aesthetics though

No wonder Pandai made a "New" Gaplant TR-5
Don't get me wrong, this kit is a much better one compared to the TR-5. Leftovers notwithstanding, the GAU is attached to the backpack, so you still retain full functionality of the core body, while coordinating the action bases for support isn't nearly as big a hassle as it was for the TR-5. If you wanna count the leftovers as well, at least they didn't include half of an irrelevant kit just for a weapon or two. If you have to get a GAU variant of an AoZ kit, get this one.

Yeah... it's MG levels of expensive, and I don't see it being reran soon, so you're taking an even bigger hit from buying it second hand
