Sir i a bit confused they don't read the résumé all information about your self including to the résumé. So why we tell that like that.

The purpose of interview is the interviewer want to ensure about applicant's personality & skill.
First evaluation of interview is the attitude before evaluating the applicant's skill.
That's why we need to do it correctly. First impression from the interviewer is very important due to will influence to the next evaluation
