The tru work of an os is not talk talk talk the real wrk is in the deck of the ship the maintenance and also navigation wtch. Reporting during gangway wtch... The most important is u knw how to work a maintenance of the ship...
Somebody choose a seaman bcoz he want to be a captain someday..Becoming a Capt is so easy, you must be A/B first then just a 15 mins. or just a quarter you become a Master/Captain. Quarter Master...
I realy interested in ..he is OS or DECK CADET because during the interview he many times says "cadetship"...
