The good old days of getting ready the same month as the holiday. After Halloween, we would start thinking about Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving dinner, we would get the Christmas decorations ready. Now, July is when it all starts. I miss the old days.
Wow. Im so glad i grew up back in the 80s and 90s. Its almost like most every company did some sort of Halloween commercial. Hell even tilex and cvs had spooky Halloween commercials. Nowadays there is hardly any anymore and it just doesn't feel like spooky season now. Hell even McDonald's has gone and screwed up their boo buckets this year. Things just aren't the same. I miss it
We all are here because like me we all miss those good old days and watching the commercials puts us all There for a little while only …better than nothing …love to go back in time and daydream ❤
I cant wait until Halloween this year!!! I am making a huge pumpkin head out of paper machey for my costume! I have never made my own costume before but my uncle said he used to do it all the time so he is helping me. We are staying with him this Halloween and going trick or treating and he is gonna put matresses in his living room! 🎃🍂🍬🍭🍫
I remember my friends and I renting all of those horror movies, and trying to scare each other! We were high school then. I miss those days! Fun times! Have no idea what that ad with the blow up Frankenstein was about! 😂
Memories are so precious, Friday night pizza with family and friends, the prices are so high now, in 1995 large pizza $9.95, 2024 large pizza 20 dollars.
Before you put in an order, ask what specials they got. I work at Domino's Pizza (York, South Carolina) and we have quite a number of specials, though we don't broadcast it (we used to go ahead and ring up the specials, but our store got fussed at by the higher-ups, so now we have to wait until the customer says something about specials). I don't know if this particular special is available everywhere, but in our area, there's a special where you can currently get a large New York-Style pizza with three toppings for $10.99 plus tax (I don't know if it's for carryout only or if it can also be used for delivery).
@@stevenwilliams6602 appreciate your advice, the price is from Pizza Hut App and the location is Miami. I guess it will change depending on the state and perhaps since they are franchises the owners may have a different price range.
Somehow we were able to enjoy Halloween with only weeks to prepare unlike today where retailers are forcing it on you in July so that when Halloween does come around, we're mostly apathetic about it.
@@cryptidnip Don't get me wrong. Halloween is my absolute favorite time of year, but I do find that starting so early means that I kind of burn out on it by the time it actually gets here. And then, like magic, the next day it's over and I'm like... "What happened... where'd the skeletons and witches go?!?"
That old commercial for Super Ghouls n' Ghosts sounds like it was scored by KMFDM. I miss this era life. Halloween used to be so big. Nowadays it feels like it's being slowly forgotten. Barely any houses participate. No more pumpkins, lights or good scary movies. The excitement just is not what it used to be.

Now they overdo it. It was fun when the stores got their halloween stuff in about a month early. Now it's the stores have their stuff out two three months early along with Thanksgiving and Christmas. By the time Halloween rolls around, I'm already tired of seeing Halloween stuff everywhere. Everyone is always in a rush to celebrate the next holiday. It feels like they skip Halloween and Thanksgiving just to celebrate Christmas and New years. I dont get what the rush is.
Holy Jesus! *We had it so good and we didn't even know it* 😢😢😢😢
I wish some of these things were still available ❤
These are the greatest years for classic TV commercials
from the 70's, 80's and 90's thank you.🇺🇲📺🇺🇲
Halloween was so fun, exciting and scary back then.
And sexy !
Totally.. mannn you could actually have an imagination and dream back then 😢

Thank you for the memories! Also, there are some really cool commercials in here.
The many memories
the vibes used to be so immaculate
One good change:
Children's costumes aren't straight plastic anymore. I'll take the polyester/spandex blend of today.
Thank you. Very nostalgic.
WELL DONE. NICE COMPILATION

Where the heck are you buying a large pizza for $20? 😂 $14 at the most

hard disagree. if people can get hyped about christmas in september, i can get hyped about halloween in july.
@@cryptidnipI decorate in September and call it Spooktember! Why should Xmas be the only one to have fun early? Enjoy the spooky season🎃

Ironic… I get frustrated with a 10 second Ad that doesn’t end in 10 seconds and yet I’m watching an hour of Ads. I’m going wild tonight!

Punky Brewster ( Soleil Moon Frye) in the UNICEF commercial with Sesame Street’s Bob
No, it's not her. The ad is from 1988. Soleil would have been about 12.
did you see that guy? You didnt even see his face n u kno you want him to buy you a giant inflatable frankenstien
It's a bit disappointing that the audio and video aren't always synced.
that coffee made that guy a total wimp
does anyone happen to know what the Mazzy Star song is in the Diet Coke commercial at 34:37?

Elvira doesn't have the balls to be in a beer commercial in 2024...
It sucked then and it still sucks now😮😮😮😮😮!
Elvira looks the same after 30 years, now shes just apart of the alphabet mafia, too bad.
