Melissa Bonilla College and uni is pretty interchangeable from where i am in the uk. What you might be referring to as college in the uk is actually sixth form. We do have dorms in uni, though they are 98% singles. Ask most people on the street what college they go to or went to and they'll probably know your talking about uni, but that might just be from where i am.

That Tazo tea behind the ladder is the BEST tea ever! I just a bag in my mug, turn on my keurig, make sure only water dispenses, then make the hot water pour. It's a safer method for clumsy people or kids so they don't have to boil water. Also for lazy people like me..

I loved it! Well, I live in Denmark, and it's not as harsh and not as many rules as in the movie 'Wild Child' haha. But I really enjoyed a year away from home, even though I went home every other weekend. I've got so independent and made friends for life. Where do you live? dan a It really was! I don't know where you live, but boarding school was my 10th grade. Now I'm in high school, which is 3 years and I'm at my first year. It's a bit complicated, but my year at boarding school doesn't count for anything except I used my grades to apply to high school :-) Many boardingschools in Denmark isn't strict with the schooling, homework etc. but mine was!! And I liked it, I got higher grades and learned a lot, got more self-confident, especially with exams. Is there more you want to know sweety? xx
in the Uk people do not share rooms - like unless you're a couple and you bought it that way you're given a single.i would be freaked out if i had to share.
You don't HAVE to share. You are given the choice of singles doubles triples etc. certain schools have other options but that's the basics. Rooms are given on a first come first serve basis. Just to clarify. :)
In th uk you do have to share, but if you dont want too then you have to pay more for the room. Unless there is noone else to share you just get a room to yourself

dude your dorm is so cool!!! mine is soooo tiny. it's like two separate rooms and one is a study room and the other is like the bedroom. we have a TON of storage space in the study room cuz there's a lot of built in shelving and cabinets and stuff, but then the bedroom is so teeny tiny!! we have hardly any space to move around really. we have a big common area that we share with the rest of the floor tho. and we have a huge library and a huge university center so if i really need to find a quiet place i can lol.
