A foldable butterfly wing can be attached to the huge circle structure in the middle to act as shelter without compromising the core shape of the design. Just my 2cents! This bicycle camper is a great design to say the least.😁👍
The bicycle camper a great idea? No it isn't, it looks ridiculous, looks uncomfortable to ride. I think money would be far better spent designing a purpose built bike trailer combo, perhaps electric.
This looks like a nice thought and Invention that he came up with. Now either he or some one else will In time will soon Improve on this Idea? If he adds a strong long lasting battery, heavy duty wheels and a light weight but strong frame It may turn out to sleep one or two adults In a comfortable way.

Super concepts of innovation and creative design. Off the mark,,The "CERCLE" out of Austria has the correct (imo) idea. Add off terrain tires,sleep enclosure, & a motor. Keep in mind that a walk/jog/ bike path,, is self explanatory,,otherwise it would read "Bicycle & Caravan path". LOL
Interesting but in the long run it is such a niche thing that most normal folks are going to go with a good bike and a trailer for their gear. This is an answer to a question no one asked.
It is pretty neat. This works really well for some people's lifestyles. That camper looks very durable. Plus, you don't have to spend time setting up! Electric bikes will rock with these! 😊🌎🌄
Great idea on the Cercle bike. I just wish that it's not only pedaled but can be e-bike with lightweight battery either solar powered, electric or pedal power for people who doesn't have that much of leg power or the not so young people.
The way rent is going......if there can be a weather proof tent and some new wave heating element that doesn't cause fires.......this may be the wave of the future.
This is exact sort of solution in search of a problem. That hoop is so counterintuitive and unnecessarily complicated with steering cables. Just making it half-circled frame and keeping traditional bike design would be more natural solution. Not to mention the safety hazard from upper part of a hoop in front of biker's sternum, doh. Tourer seems far better solution that will actually work.
I think that this bike/camper is a great innovation. I'm getting on in years now, and my cycling is only going to be for pleasure in future. Something like this would be excellent for me, and a fair number of other outdoors friends, who nowadays aren't interested in dashing A-B in a hurry. We want to just enjoy the journey, trundle along quietly, enjoy frequent stops in beautiful places, and spontaneously wild camp in a relaxed way. I/we really love this idea. I mean we REALLY like it. ●The only point of concern is the height of the circle in front of the rider. For smaller cyclists, women, children, it seems rather high. Would it be possible to have a way of maybe folding it over on hinges? Or being able to dismantle the top part? If it could be leveled off, or lowered a bit it would make it more suitable for different sizes, ages, and abilities. Other than that it gets a massive "thumbs up" from 7 enthusiast camping cyclists in the UK. 👍🏻😊

at a 100 lbs, it's the dumbest "innovation" - a tent is lighter and more compact, and pannier bags are more effective than this monstrosity.
