I am actually a sales rep for the company making the plates used in the 330kg front squat. I can assure you, we do not make fake ones. The guy is insanely strong.
@@thomasbaughman9941 Dont you think that we would know about fakes being sold in the same country (Czech republic) we operate in? We are not THAT big of a company...or country :D
JEEEZ, you should do at least 2 a year of these. Perhaps go to Bulgaria...Germany (their team is always entertaining), Colombia. Props guys, all the content is highly entertaining.
I just yesterday hit a pb of 130kg for 5 reps on the squat... And i have to hear Zack say that mark henry and his son hit 250 when they were 14. Thanks zack :)
I have not met anyone as an animal doing squats as Tom Platz. The weight he moved and the number of repetitions he could do, and the perfect technique he said he learned with weight lifters.
Not me locked onto Clarence reacting to Shane Hunt powerlifting desperately hoping it will spark something in Clarence and we get to see a powerlifting arc
I'm sure there are in some cases but I play at a decent level and don't deadlift much more but then I'd be top 3-4 strongest on my team. depending on position some positions would only do power and speed work nothing too heavy
I think Jezza Uepa has the biggest Front Squat, I think 405, he did a 470 back squat in powerlifting I think. Interestingly enough he used to be a Weightlifter before transitioning to PL
22:50 the thing making it less believable other than Kazmaier who was in the background in the video doubting the record is it being an event held by the WWE guy Vince McMahon, not bad for promotion with the record
I miss the training George Leeman. I think his training advice has helped me quite a lot more than almost anyone else recently, while he's still a powerlifter he places a lot of emphasis on high reps and bodybuilding, and has some of the best talks on high vs low reps. I really wish he stayed on the scene as I think he was one of the best minds in the game.
There's another Democrat (and presidential candidate at the last U.S election) called John Delaney who is into lifting also. There were some pictures of him looking pretty buff.

The fake plates are never made by the "real" company.
How many reps do you do per sale? Working on my plate programming

Lasha's first competition was in 2010 as a 94kg+ youth super weighing 125kg. He won. And guess who came second? Poor old Gor Minasyan!
Eoin: "hi and welcome back"
Clarence: ಠ_ಠ
Jezza Uepa has the heaviest frontsquat as far as I know with +-400kg . Also done in sleeves.
I just yesterday hit a pb of 130kg for 5 reps on the squat... And i have to hear Zack say that mark henry and his son hit 250 when they were 14. Thanks zack :)
Jezza Uepa has done 400-405kg front squats

Looks like Zack had a rough night, too much sake 😬
330 front squat is insane
Thats an accent party right here
Harding University, it’s in Arkansas.. it’s a division 2 school.
I fucking love you guys! 😂
I love how they're dorks.
Thursdays in Kazakhstan coming?
Tom Platz used, I believe, a marathon suit which is not equivalent to the modern day single ply. Not raw but not single ply.
Jess Buettner's track & field history and athleticism shows up. Also time to hire this extra duo. For clout views if nothing more.
Curious what are the critiques of arley's technique
Zack actually looks engaged this week unlike last week where he was checking his phone or not interested.
Wait is Shane not weighing around 120-130kg?
Yes
Tom Haviland is 50KG heavier than that guy, Zack. Also the heaviest front squat ever is Jezza Uepa at just over 400kg
if i remember correctly, i think Theo Maddox is something like 140kg and almost a six-pack
Do rugby players take gear? I was thinking of trying out in Switzerland. But I don't stand a chance even with a 220 kg deadlift if that's the case

Is their anyway you could do a full in depth highbar atg squat form guide their is none on yt i can find that teally five into it
They have a book. But juggernaut strength has a guide i think
@@MrSpicabooo yeah but jug vid dosemt go in depth at all just the basic info I'll see about the book then

what did clarence0 say about "the very best powerlifters..."?
Can't hear it properly.
He said, the very best powerlifters are athletic (unlike the amateurs).
Tom Platz was a Weightlifter before he became a Pro Bodybuilder. He was coached by one of the best Weightlifters in U.S. history, Norbert Schemansky.
13:30 one year ago Theo Maddox weighed 137kg according to his ig, not sure about now
Nathan Damron is another 89 who has squatted 300kg
22:50 the thing making it less believable other than Kazmaier who was in the background in the video doubting the record is it being an event held by the WWE guy Vince McMahon, not bad for promotion with the record
Jezza Uepa 405kg front squat on a mono
Zack looks like jello here, maybe that jet lag was OTT.
Let us talk about Clarence’s performance enhancing watch ⏱️
