    Your videos are so helpful to me and I can’t thank you enough. I’m 68 and have dealt with many issues over the years. My back pain comes and goes but this time it wouldn’t go. Your “hip bursitis exercise routine” helped me so much a couple years ago and that pain never came back. So I didthis roller routine for lower back pain and it is so helpful. I couldn’t sit without pain after over exerting myself painting. I did this “roller routine for lower back pain” and the difference in the way I felt was amazing! I will continue to follow you and share your videos with friends and family. Thank you!

    I’ve been so stuck for ages trying to figure out how to get beneficial exercise with knotted back muscles and hips. I’ve been getting remedial massage and chiro for years, but this is way less expensive and more consistent.
