Looks like this is really expensive, but if you think about it, all the renovations have been done already, which is usually a big very unsure cost factor that can explode, so they made the insecurity a fixed number, which is good. Also a fully equipped professional kitchen, and the pool is amazing. Perfect location for a 3-michelin-star cook with some lodging, too. :)

I could not figure out why they put the pool so far away, then I saw the olive trees they preserved and understood.
