The jungle DnB music that was so prominent in the games during this era really made a huge impact on me. I'm a fighting gamer for sure but during this time, I was heavy into racing games.

EA used to actually make good/great games, including Madden. I know it's not extreme sports but EA being the only company with the right to make NFL games is not a good thing, there's no other NFL games to compete with and innovate and make each other better, they can just put out the same trash game every year and people are gonna buy it and play it cause it's the only NFL game.

There are of course good and quality games coming out the oven nowadays too, but if you look closer almost all of them either remakes, sequels (usually with little to no changes), or spiritual successors. I’m here for the long run my friend 😁 Glad to have you on board!
ur videos r so good always
I do my best 🥹 Thank you so much!!
Freekstyle is no where near one of the best mx games made - take a look at the mx vs atv series 😊
I love both!
Memories from a time when life felt like it meant more😞
There are still good times to be had! But it definitely was a magical time ❤️
Scootality 🤣
Also does anyone remember the name of a series with dirtbikes in which riders were armed and would hit eachother while racing?
Road rash!
@@Vynsent THANKS!!! (I think that's the one) I've been searching for one that had a tank as (probably) an AI opponent in a screenshot at the back of the cover so maybe it's a Road Rash sequel!!! I'll go check it out!!!
@Vynsent found it!!! It's Motocross Mania! You should definitely check this one out too!! It's like burnout, flatout, downhill dominator and road rash combined and it features abilities like slow mo and weapons like crawbars and Molotov cocktails
35:25 okay, now do this trick is 2024 xDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Lmao I’m not even going to lie, I somehow missed that part of the clip when editing it into the video 😂
every video you put out tugs on my nostalgic heart strings and is always on the money 🥲
I always do my best! Very glad to have you on the team my friend 😁❤️
Razor Freestyle Scooter has "tough frame rates"... silky 60fps on Dreamcast. Pity it wasn't a patch on the other similar games :( Definitely checking out the EA Big MX game and the Sony ATV games though. Never tried them.
You’re gonna love them! Freekstyle is forsure one of the best MX games ever made 😁
Activision 02 series Have a lot of good titles they were booming
They really were killing it!
I miss going outside just because
Haha I’ve had to make some more outside time for myself as well 😅
My whole childhood
Same here! It brought me way back making this one 😅
@@Vynsent loved it, thank you man.
@@MrXmaddoX Thank you for watching!
Ayy new upload :)
Had to! 😁💫
Man I missed out on the 2000s I was -3 At the time
Have you played fifa or nba Street games thoes wore great
They were a great time forsure! And I loved the street series, I plan on making a video on them all in the future 😁 NBA street vol 2 was my go to!
Ssx on tour the best ssx
SSX tricky!!!!! And then you listen to the entire Tricky song lyrics and oh dear that's messed up, damn!
Lmao you ain’t lying! The beat goes hard tho 😂
There is nothing extreme about a scooter! Lol
I would agree until they started taking them down a flight of stairs 😂
EA used to actually make good/great games, including Madden. I know it's not extreme sports but EA being the only company with the right to make NFL games is not a good thing, there's no other NFL games to compete with and innovate and make each other better, they can just put out the same trash game every year and people are gonna buy it and play it cause it's the only NFL game.
Aiiight where is BMX XXX!
Gotta video dropping soon, talking about BMX XXX! 😁
Ssx 3 supremacy 🫶
The literal goat of snowboarding games 👏😎
Dude acts like walkthroughs and the Internet wasn't a thing in 2002. 😂 Great video tho, I have played nearly all these games and owned many.
Lmao I was too broke for internet at least 😂 Very glad that you enjoyed! Thank you for watching my friend 😁
THIS BACK WHEN EA WAS THE GOAT!
You ain’t lying! 😁
Im gonna extreme sports games your early 2000s
Oh baby 😏💫
I agree that your better off just playing the def jam games minus icon & the wwe games backyard wrestling is pretty much the wrestling verison of bmx xxx btw have you ever been a fan of wrestling
That’s a great comparison! It was just one of those edgy games 😅 And yes sir! Used to love wrestling as a kid. I’m trying to get back into it with my buddies lately. They’re saying it’s better than ever right now!
> no mma games
Definitely should’ve included one 😭
Igpx ps2.
No downhill domination? Come on
I fumbled the bag on that 🥲
Also Jet Set Radio and JSR Future, my man. Those are incredibly fantastic.
games used to be fun
Some of them still are, but the older games just had so much more love put into them 😅
They still are, especially in the indie space.
@@VynsentNostalgia brain rot. There were plenty of junk games.
@RootVegetable You kinda right, but wrong at the same time. There are of course good and quality games coming out the oven nowadays too, but if you look closer almost all of them either remakes, sequels (usually with little to no changes), or spiritual successors. This of course is not applied for every new game out there, but the trend is very transparent. Novelty is a great miss nowadays. That's what most folks meam when they say games used to be good. I personally miss novelty snd fun, not nostalgia 😀.
SSX > SEX
You ain’t lying 😅
I love both
