Tested after SotO Release:
- Signets of Suffering was nerfed hard -> Used Awaken the Pain instead (Spite middle trait)
- Swapped Implacable Foe for Twisted Medicine (Harbinger middle trait)
- Added Relic of the Thief
With full boons/condis, cake buff, thief relic, and the signet nerfs since soto launched, the build now does 17k dps while providing quickness.
Still viable if you enjoy playing it!

Was running an unoptimized this in celestials last night just for fun. Can confirm. Face rolled many things. Did end up swapping in Dread for some zip-a-dee-doo-dah shenanigans.

I seriously love all of the LI builds, this one especially. I get very easily overwhelmed with too many things to focus on, so limiting the time I need to be looking at my skillbar has allowed me to actually take the time to look at what's happening in the fight. My performance in strikes has gone way up and I'm feeling confident to start exploring raids for the first time in my 4+ years in this game. Seriously, thank you Muk
Using this built because of spooky October and my love for harbinger. Pretty new player here and I was top 3 DPS in most of the mad 👑 encounters. You are amazing!

i've been using a build pretty similat to this since your LI reaper video, stole the "etermal life force" idea and its GREAT, loved it. specially for chilling doing events on the open world, although i use a mix of dragon and berserkers, and rune of vampirism to heal (a ton) during shroud

the goal is to reach 47% crit with berserker/marauder/dragon/valkyrie you can do this mixing a lot of ascended gears, or you can mix certain exotic marauders and valkyrie exotic, try to play around on this page reaching the highest power/ferocity with a nice vitality and reaching the 47% crit cap.
47% crit cap is needed to reach 100%, reason is you get 20% from your perma fury for a 67% and 33% from the soul reaping grandmaster trait for the sweet 100%.
For my utilities i use the trifecta signet, amazing sustain, dps increase and "eternal" life force.
For elite i use elixir of anguish for the sole reason of giving myself alacrity, i use it to get my shroud quickly back, you can use golem if you please.
For the empty utility slot i use spectral grasp as a "main", shadowfiend, a panic stunbreak to leave shroud in case of emergency. but normally only spectral grasp and use shroud 4 and dodges to get out of danger.
I love spectral grasp due to the combo it has with the shroud 5, you pull then cc float them. its crazy
A, i use sigil of nuliffication due that lots of elites / champions in EOD has ways to get protection, since we dont want to leave shroud just to strip protection i've got that sigil. alternative can be sigil of absorption to steal the boon, but that would require you to CC which is not "optimal" scenario on some cases

Amazing, I was thinking about "theres no easy power quickness", scrapper is full of buttons (easy, but too much buttons), make a power firebrand (but its the rotation of DH with weapons swap), make a chrono but chrono stm is sick and no talking about mementalyst (or the new herald is just spam utilities). I tried the harbinger and learn about that dagger hits like more than axe. And then... in reddit someone share this. Ty Mukluk

Most folks who know me, are aware that I'm disabled and sometimes I have mobility issues, especially with my hands. I've left the game numerous times, whether it be slaughtering stuff, just hanging out with folks, or when I still roleplayed, because my hands either started shaking/twitching, they'd curl up/lock in place, or the digits or entire hand/arm go "dead". Brain signals go BRRR!
I cannot thank Mukluk, Noxxi, and everyone else who has been contributing to the LI Builds! These are truly a gamer's lifesaver, for times they'd have to stop what they're doing because of it. I'm definitely going to give this one a go (I've gotta do all of my dailies still, first!), ASAP, and I'll post back once I've had time to play around with it!

Just in case anyone is looking at this after SotOs release:
The Build no longer works that well as they reworked the trait that let you keep Signet Passives. You now need to press more buttons to gain Lifeforce back and probably a Weaponswap as well, which LI builds generally dislike because its another thing to keep track of. You can change the Grandmaster Trait in Soul Reaping to the top one to decrease the downtime of Shroud, and go for full Diviner Gear to grab as much Boon Duration as possible. I have not tested the Uptime of it but it should be fairly close.
This is the perfect build if you are new to raids and have to focus on mechanics.
I tried this after completely failing with the best build because focussing on a rotation AND new mechanics was overwhelming.
The 20k dps per second are also very nice. A top build that messes up its rotation cause of mechanics also doesnt do more :D
Oh!!! I'll finally be able to go on strikes and so and so with my necro. They always ask for dps with quickness and my reaper knows no boons.

I've been using this for a few days and it's been fun, but I'm dying pretty often in open world situations like drizzlewood final meta. Any tips when playing open world solo? Thanks a lot for this vid/build!
EDIT: So, i'm not dying anymore, the key is really to mind your own business and stay away. You cannot play this like your regular reaper with an additional health bar, meaning no recklessness and no going into aoes ignoring damage. Setting up golem and haunter is very important in solo situations. 5 will help you stun and get away if you get overwhelmed by foes. North drizzlewood is just generally very intensive damage wise and if you're not in a team with a healer you'll probably sustain serious dmg either way so it's not representative.
Just got healing/kills/damage (over300k)/revives stats in ranked with this build. Minor changes but 90% there.
I noticed on the Low Intensity Reaper and this one you use the dagger. Would it work with the Axe instead? I like the game play and range of the axe better.

For the advanced variation, how will the rotation looks like ? Is it still using shroud skill 245 like in condi variant or just stricly 2 ?
the advanced version is condi with different build and gear
For more lax Quickness uptime, use Elixir of Anguish when out of shroud instead of Shadow Fiend. This will let you drop boon duration entirely in trade of a small dps. You can also use summon Blood Fiend instead if you still want 2 minions taking.
if you want more dps, while in shroud, other than spam 2, use your 4>3 whenever you have 15 blight stack.
Except this is pressing the fewest buttons possible so adding more defeats the purpose
@@Chronyk-uz8so this is more so for anyone want to go further beyond 4 buttons but staying in this build mostly. And this build is pretty much an easier geared quickness/boon support than Ritualist version. while a quickness ritualist probably deal more dps on full rotation, going power/quickness is far more easier than even quick scrapper
@@Chronyk-uz8so certainly, Mukluk uses the attack skill from the Shadow when is out of shroud, so changing shadow for the quickness elixir will be the same LI

both shadow fiend and spectral graps are also a minor cc from the condis they do (cripple/chill) and both give back life force so they're pretty exchangeable in that slot depending on what you want
for range outside of shroud i'd recommend axe/focus and just pop 4 2 4 to get life force back
while im mostly a condi necro main, i have been trying out some power stuff recently for the first time since HoT came out and its been pretty decent (nowhere near as tanky as a trailblazer scourge but ok for most stuff outside of soloing some tougher champs)
I´d call spectral grasp a major cc since it is also a pull besides the chill.
Actually spectral grasp is a major cc..... It almost does 400 breakbar dmg. It just doesn't mention in the skill description. It also does some more cc with the chill condi too...... It funny cuz with samaroh boss, u can stand inside boss hitbox during cc phase and use spectral grasp. All 5 hands hit the boss for cc and u alone do almost 33% breakbar dmg for the boss.

I'm suprised you didn't went with condi harbringer. It is only three or four buttons and insane dps. But maby something changed.
Do you have a video or link to a build? I run the viper/ritualist build from Snowcrows and I struggle to get about 21-22k for condi quickness and would love to know what I'm doing wrong lol
@@Popperofski I speak of the full condi version. I think since beta it got nerfed, but it was like two buttons in the shroud and one on the pistol (propably). Also he used superior runes of torment instead of nightmare as they are now on the SC. Maby it is not as powerfull as it was.

Im running almost the same thing but with blood and death magic and with minions not signets.
same, but without scholar runes, I don`t like their trait No 6, because imo its a waste in most cases, so I think they are overrated

Kinda 5 months late but sadly no, they reworked the trait that let you keep Signet Passives in Shroud and now it strips Boons when using a Signet active. This leads to a pretty big downtime in Shroud which results in more buttons having to be pressed to bring the Shroud back faster, making it less Ideal for LI Builds
