- I recently got a Citizen Promaster NY0040-17LE. This is the blue dial version. It wasn't exactly cheap, but I took a chance since there aren't many of these floating around in the used market.
I decided to swap out the rubber straps for NATO straps and change the spring bars too.
Enjoy!
They look even better with the scratches, straps are spot on
Great vid. I just got a promaster so im looking at how a black nylon strap look on it. Thank you for sharing.
Got a bn0150-61e on the way from spain and a black and s black/grey nato on the way from aliexpress! Under $4 for both straps. Have actually been considering a blue diver too later on... 😊
Been thinking of getting a BN0150 myself, but haven't had the opportunity to scout one.
@@BlueShotgunShells Got one with the original bracelet as they are crazy expensive as extra parts so I can mix it up with some natos and some nice silicone straps. The blue one looks really nice with the blue nato!👍 Been thinking of the pepsi one too or even a Seiko 5 in blue or pepsi... lets see what pops up... ☺
They look awesome
What is the reference for SEIKO sping bar? THANKS
I'm not familiar with reference numbers, but these are spring bars for Seiko SKX013.
I've got a Citizen BN0150 om my wrist right now, It's on a BluShark Bond (exactly like yours) NATO.. What straps are you wearing?
They are generic, non-branded ones, sold in bulk online to the tune of about 6 US Dollars each. Honestly, they vary in quality from color to color, but the ones I have in this video are soft and comfortable to wear.
can u pls share the link where you bought the nato straps and the fat springs pls?

@@BlueShotgunShells do they sell them in the US?
@@BlueShotgunShells this website is not from the US do you happen to have the Amazon link?
@@jfc8681 I would imagine similar straps and springbars would be available to you in your location. Have you tried your local watch maker/ repair shops?
@@jfc8681 Yes. The links are not US links. You did specifically ask for the links where I bought the items from. I don't use Amazon so I can't help you there.
