Wow! I didn’t know you had an artistic knack for plant staging, Sweetheart. Well done on your first try. Thanks to Clyde and Joe for inspiring your creativity! Those pots are finally being put to good use. How long has it been, 4 years since you got them? 😂 More of this type please. ❤️🥰🤗😘💚
Thank you so much my love 🥰 Haha me neither, I thought it was going to turn out looking horrible 😅 Yeah that pot, well all of those pots actually have been sitting with nothing in them for close to 4 years. Will do the next one in a month or two 😊 Enjoyed watching with you babe. Thank you for all your love, support and encouragement as always ❤️🤗😘🌵🌸❤️
Thanks so much, Patti 😊 I’m looking forward to putting a few more together, too. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have a wonderful day and weekend from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌺🌸🌼🏜
Wonderful Haworthia! It is really amazing potted in this Bonsai pot and nicely decorated! Well done for your first try! Would like to see more of these! Sorry but I don't know what staging mean! Thanks for sharing! Have a wonderful weekend Daz and Edith!
Thank you so much, Sylvia 😊 Glad you enjoyed. I’ll definitely do more of these throughout the year. Thank you for watching and commenting as always. Have a wonderful day and weekend from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌺🌸🌼🏜
That’s funny you’ve mentioned that as I’ve just been looking around on eBay for decorative rocks and those came up. Also got my eye on some small pieces of natural driftwood to use in future stagings. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
WOW absolutely AWESOME Haworthia Staging repotting Daz :-D and your beautiful Hawothia looks even more STUNNING planted into the Bonsai pot and with all the wonderful rocks and it really makes your Haworthia stand out so beautiful and looks so creative too, and YES we definitely would LOVE to see more Cacti and succulent staging repotting vids :-D thanks so much for sharing this awesome Haworthia Staging with us, and Hans and I are sending you and beautiful Edith lots of love and happiness and PLANT POWER to England and Singapore for a fantastic weekend XXXX
Thank you so much, Lyn 😊 Pretty happy with how it turned out. I’d love to stage all my plants but pots like these take up more room, and we need that room for more plants 😅 I’ll definitely do a few stagings throughout the year, though. Glad you enjoyed the video, Lyn. Thank you for watching and commenting as always. Have a wonderful day and weekend from Edith & myself to you and Hans ❤️🌵☀️🌸🌼🌺🏜
Nice to see a Bonsai pot being used for something else, because bonsai pots lend themselves well to other plants being grown in them. I have so many bonsai pots in storage that I used to use years ago when I was heavily into growing Bonsai trees. Even when I see them for sale now especially at boot sales, I buy them, because they can be expensive to buy. Lovely arrangement and it turned out great, there's an artist in all of us! 😊⭐️🥇🪴
Thank you so much, Claire 😊 That’s awesome you used to grow bonsai trees. I only had one several years ago, a little Elm tree but it didn’t last long lol. Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching and commenting. Have a lovely evening from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌺🌸🌼🏜
Thank you so much, Magda 😊 Yeah I love the contrast with the slate and plant, make it really pop. Thank you for watching and commenting as always. Have a wonderful day from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌸🌺🌼🏜
Awesome video and wonderful staging there, Daz!!😍😍 And thank you so much for the shout out, much appreciated!!! 🙏🙏🙏 As you know I absolutely LOVE well staged succulents and you really did a fantastic job here my friend ...that Haworthia has gone from being 'just' another, OK-looking succulent plant to now being an absolutely BEAUTIFUL looking showpiece!! Very best regards to you and Edith, have a wonderful weekend!!👍😊🌵🌵🏵🌺😍💚😎
Thank you so much, Joe 😊 Yeah I’m happy with how this first attempt turned out. Looking forward to doing a few more over the summer. Thank you for watching and commenting my friend. Have a wonderful day and weekend from Edith & myself and happy growing as always 👍🏻🌵☀️🌺🌸🌼🏜
Thank you 😊 I like how the colours of everything compliment each other, too. I was worried it might turn out looking a bit unnatural, but I’m pretty happy with it. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌸🌺🏜
Great video Daz!!! Thanks for the shout out!!! I recently also staged the mother!! I got a pot that looks like a twisted old log. Looks great in it!! The pot you used is awesome!!! I love these earthy colored pots!! Your selection of others is awesome also!!! The staging came out great!! Funny how a cool pot , a few rocks and top dressing can make plants " pop" and look so great!! That is a very pleasing staging!! Eye candy!! Makes me feel good just to look at this!!! I like to bring in one of my staged plants in the evening to look at on the table!! Our little piece of nature!!! And yes!! More staging!!! Let us watch you fill the pots with COOL!!! hahaha!! Thanks again Daz!!! And enjoy the staging!!! Great job!!! The slate really sets it off!!! Thanks for sharing!!! From Morris Park in the Ozarks, to the UK 🇬🇧 and Singapore 🇸🇬, have a wonderful weekend ahead!!! Peace, Love, Plants!!!✌️💖🌵🌻🍀🌹🌴🌳💐🌱🌾🌸🪴🌷🌿😃👍
Thanks so much for the inspiration, Clyde 😊 Had fun putting this one together and definitely want to stage more now. That’s awesome you recently repotted the mother plant of this, looking forward to seeing that 😃 Yeah it definitely makes them pop way more and just very cool to look at, I keep looking at this one as well haha. I’ll have to go rock collecting soon too lol. Thank you for watching and commenting my friend. Have a wonderful day and weekend from Edith & myself to you and Deb 🌵☀️🌼🌸🌺🏜

Excellent video, Daz! I had never heard of staging before. I appreciate the great advice you give and encouragement you give. I love the planter Edith gave you. I assume the other planters are from her too. I would love to see more videos like this. This was a great success for your first time! Sending you and Edith peace, love and happiness for a Wonderful weekend!
Thank you so much, Jeff 😊 Yeah three of those other pots Edith got for me. The dark blue one at the back was from when I tried growing an elm bonsai tree, it didn’t survive long unfortunately lol. Will definitely do some more of these throughout the year. Thanks for watching and commenting my friend. Have a wonderful day and weekend from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌺🌼🌸🏜
Looks lovely Daz 😎 Takes me back to walking to work in the mornings and looking at the plants growing by the side of the mountain path, I used to work in a Welsh slate quarry 😄 Have a lovely weekend my friend 😊😊🌵🌵
Thank you so much, Ziggy 😊 That’s awesome! I love the look of this slate, so stole some more from the potted plants outside 😅 Thank you for watching and commenting my friend. Have a wonderful day and weekend from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌺🌸🌼🏜
This is fantastic 😍. I'd love to do this myself too with some cool mesembs (so I can kill them all at the same time hahaha 😅). Your's turned out great. The only thing I'd do different, maybe, is using a smaller grit of lava rock. Please do more staging since is so much fun to watch the creative process and the final results ❤😊
Thank you so much 😊 Yeah I was thinking about using a different lava rock for this. It’s not too late, so I might change it to see what it looks like, but I’ll definitely use a different one for the next staging. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌸🌺🏜
Looks great! Haworthia chloracantha makes a great bonsai subject. I have one and I buried my rocks to the bottom of the pot and they stick up a little. I read that the plant grows between rock crevices so making crevices made them happy.
This first staging was a great success Daz ! I would love to see some more similar videos. Actually , my main hobby is bonsai so I recognize those pots quite well. Sending you and Edith my well wishes and I hope you'll have a very enjoyable but peaceful weekend 🌵🌸💮
