I was going to comment on counter sinking the t-nuts . I actually did the same on my project I’m working on . For a different reason , the newer t-nuts just aren’t as good as the old and by countersinking them you get a few more threads to grab . Love watching you work , and always a good soundtrack as well ! Thanks for sharing with us man !
Yes the newer t nuts completely suck. The threads on the #6 s are terrible The #8 s are flimsy and paper thin. Nothing is as good as it was when it comes from most pinball parts suppliers to hardware so without doing a lot of research and buying in large bulk it’s often a gamble and a disappointment.
