Looking amazing. Wondering why you use a razor blade for cutting your stencils and not something like an exacto knife or a swivel blade? I’m sure you’ve already found that works best for you, but I was just curious regardless.
It’s a little strange but it’s just the tool I am most comfortable with. I have had all the different options out there but there is just something about that razor blade that feels just right for me.
Hey.. Mike Dymus!!.. maybe this guy can fix your quicksilver playfield.. lol Great job Chris. With your level of expertise, there's always that little bit more room for improvement. How do you decide.. that's the line??
Thanks. Where I draw the line on these varies a lot but in general as long as I look at it and I am happy with it overall then I am at least comfortable moving forward. That’s not to say I can’t see or think of improvements that could be made but just to say I can live with being at least satisfied with it as is. Things that influence that are how much effort I already have put in or what obstacles I have already overcome to get there.
This is way way way too nice to ever be factory. I get the sentiment, but factory slapped paint on without much thought or care. It was get it done as fast as one can. Chris what you are doing is literal art. Your gun work is mad, like its an airbrush. Dude, come'on!
Absolutely amazing work as usual. I’m always super impressed by just how good you make these games look 😎
WOW,…that is STUNNING!!!!!!!
Thanks Dave!
Awesome work!
Appreciate it. I enjoy the encouragement.
If there's a better pinball restorer out there, I'd like to see them!
Nope there isn’t He’s the best in the WORLD! A true museum piece!👍👍
I really appreciate that. I never know if it’s true or not but it is absolutely my goal.

Up to this point, how many hours have been put into this restoration?
I don’t track my time very well on these because I am just focused on my goal but I would guess at least 50 actual man hours so far.

Thanks Willie. This is the hardest thing to convey sometimes. You definitely get it.
