Alternatively, she has much more EHP and is much more survivable when you are NOT using the Loyal Merulina augment, as the Merulina that follows you around cannot be healed by Gloom but the Merulina you ride CAN be. It also *seems* (no evidence other than feel) that the one you ride protects your hp and shields more, like you can still die with Merulina out when using the augment (mostly seen when trying to abuse Jade Eximus scaling to give Merulina absurd hp and mistiming it) but without the augment you can't die so long as Merulina is alive? At that point, surviving isn't an issue, but killing things might be slow and painful depending on your secondary.
Pseudo conveniently i just got into working on yareli, i’m thinking about evade and a good efficient secondary, grimoire fun but cantare better, but acuity makes it so headshot hits are more likely to be the finishing blow to make evade’s duration more consistent (all a theory as i’ll try it tomorrow, but i was using her guardian augment as the fire rate and reload speed are very lovely and as you said survivability doesn’t matter as long as ypu have merulina, with invis merulina will just become oneshot protection on top of shield gate hopefully
Loyal Merulina can be very strange so I don't use it a lot, but both on or off the board you can die. What happens in those cases is that, because Yareli is a damage redirection frame, merulina takes 90% of the dmg and Yareli takes 10%. Sometimes you will die from the 10% and since you die merulina dies as well. A common misconception is that you can't see Merulina's stats and that you can somehow make her "tankier" but the only stat Merulina has is it's HP. Yareli is a damage redirection frame. All damage calculation is done on Yareli, then 90% of the final amount is redirected to Merulina. So shields natively give 50% DR, then another damage source reduction for Adaptation, then 90% of that goes to Merulina which means "Adaptation makes Merulina tankier" as people say but that technically isn't what's really happening. ^This is important because even if you have Merulina, if you run out of shields you are at the risk of dying. Should you not survive the 10% you and the board die. If you have shields, you get shield gating while on-board merulina and can run away for a moment to regain shields. If just the board dies you get shield gating from the board. Especially for these higher levels, if the board dies you just immediately spawn the board again and stand for 4 seconds *not attacking anything* so all the damage goes to Merulina's HP. On higher levels you can get 100k+ HP or even 1Mil+ HP on Merulina and heal it all with your 1. The only threat at that point is Violence Acolyte disabling Merulina or your shields not standing up to higher levels. Anyhow Fast Deflection is key here. This is how you Yareli.
Edit, evade does not function properly while on merulina but if it gets fixed it will absolutely be the play as they don’t go after merulina while invisible, also evade’s helminth description is bugged, it’s not capped it just has a lower base duration

Otherwise, ik she can become invisible like with Octavia's buff but I never really payed attention to whether enemies notice* the invisible skateboarder or not.

I'm planning to use Mirage, Falcor and Epitaph for priming and I think I should be good when it comes to damage. But what concerns me the most is survivability as staying alive with Mirage is not easy when Eclipse is always on damage mode. I could subsume some defensive skill but then I would lose Nourish or Wrathful Advance for that. What do you recommend?

@@ferrenberg she recast merulina with augment for 4 seconds of invuln, and with shield recharge mods you can almost get full gate back for another sizable safety net, not to mention rolling guard if you want to be overkill and literally never die (and thats just frame stuff add secondary fort which is meta for cascade anyways and you get yet ANOTHER safety net, it combos better with yareli because she has no overguard to begin with while other frames that already have it dont need more and its wasted survivability)

This is all coming from a yareli main I love this frame
You get silly amounts of invulneravilility frames and damage reduction. Adaptation + eclipse or null star + merulina will grant you like 99,99 damage reduction. Grab rolling guard and a revival companion and you are set to become immortal.
I was high as balls and didn't have anything else to do that Saturday evening, so I did the Yareli quest. I am not gonna lie I even kinda enjoyed it. 😂 But she is just a secondary weapon platform frame and her abilities don't really make sense I havent touched her since lmao.
Her kit explained basically: Passive: moving for like 1.5secs grants your secondary weapon 200% extra crit chance. Sea snares- makes enemies take more dmg n deals cold dmg over time.. aqua blades- basically water blades that spin around and do a lot of slash dmg Loyal merulina- u ride your sting ray looking kdrive and gives you a FAT 90% dmg reduction. (That’s really the most important part) Then her ultimate is a giant whirlpool that sucks people up.. the more people you have in the whirlpool the more dmg the explosion will do. I’m a Titania/Yareli main and let me tell you bro she’s so damn broken.. even if your not the best at the game or to weak all you have to do is pop a few sea snares and any lvl enemy will parish I kid you not. You can use any weapon with her it’s just if you want to be peak with her your secondary will be your go to.

Hi, I have a question, is it really necessary to use two green shard? Or is one tau enough? I also wanted to ask if you recommend putting 1 green tau on all warframes, or if it doesn't make that much of a difference.
It depends on the content you're doing. One Tau green shard reduces armour by 98%. In most normal content thats enough to be more or less the same as having no armour but level cap enemies have so much armour that even 2% of it is still enough to reduce your damage significantly. So ideally you'd want two greens but a tau green is probably enough for most content.

ceramic dagger or magistar does the trick for obliterating them galvanized reflex takes care of combo by just idk hitting some random like 5 dudes who you should be able to kill if you built the weapon at all ceramic dagger works quite well, if you do have some passive priming like diriga you can use that with its multiplicitive co on the projectiles in incarnon form to destroy pretty much anything you can even fool around with a melee doughty build with ceramic dagger it REALLY hurts
She is too flexible for Helminth to be a good warframe imo. She just not really engaging to play with( don't have much button to press). Press 2 to avoid death, press 1 if your weapon is bad, press helminth to helminth. Nothings on her synergy with each other.
dude just use shedu on survival maps, it only takes 15 to 30 mins, I know you are doing a challenge but even with her abilities only can lvl her max on any survival maps with extra exp bonus,
As someone who was carried to SP cascade level cap as Yareli, holy hell is it painful. I had millions of HP on Merulina and suddenly I'm back to walking, the bugs switching to op while on Merulina and having Yareli still die, it's awful.
what typically makes endurance runs so annoying are the nonstop bugs that plague the game, switching to op to not being able to swap back, not being able to shoot, dying instantly because you cant void mode and have 1k hp, switch back to frame, suddenly the game works again, pick up where you left off and hope it doesn't happen again (it does)
Yarelli has to many flaws, the abilitys should do cold damage but they dont give us cold procs instead, the ulty is mid at best and pistol only on merulina kills it completley for me
Well, she has a great passive, her 1 gives a really solid multiplier, merulina with the augment allows for better rolling guard, her 3 is useless, helminth slot, and her 4 is a very effective grouping abilitie, i don’t know what more you’d want, she’s pretty well rounded

On lvl cap you will do like 20-30% damage more with 2 green shards. Thats not much but it is a big dps increase for one shard slot.
