Great job, Bryan! Really happy for you to be running back close to the level you were at before the injury. It was fun tracking you. Great vlog. Congrats!
Great run man! super motivational to see you cruising at that speed and being able to talk. I want to run sub 3 hours next year and this will be a huge motivational video when the going gets tough
@@thepacepusher Will do, I did a 3:29 in my first marathon in April 2022. I did a half marathon in 1:28:40 this past October. Goal for next year is sub 38 10k and the 3 hour marathon! Also I saw your review of the Rebel v3 and I have been thinking about getting that shoe as my new daily trainer but heard the Mach5 from hoka was better. What are your thoughts?
Good stuff! I was “RIGHT BEHIND YOU” the whole time, just by a couple of hours you know 🤣 (literally two hours behind you haha) But it was only my second and improved by an hour from last year 😁
Yeah!!! Good luck! If I ran it again, I’d find the group early (within first 5k) trying to run the same time as me and stick with them. Lots of big groups running in 3-5 minutes packs
I personally like them better for two reasons. Just a touch more responsive because of a factional amount more firmness. Second, I got a bad blister in two training runs on my Achilles from the heel counter on the endorphin pro 3
Wow, congrats! I ran 2:46:24 one week ago in Firenze (Italy). A 20 second PR but still a bit disappointed because negative splits. With a better pacing sub 2:45 would have been possible. But a PR is a PR.

Thanks Shannon! Big step forward from when we met in Chicago! So stoked to be back healthy!
Great job keeping at it and huge congrats! Hope 2023 brings success to all us runners!
Absolutely. I hope everyone crushes 2023! Here’s to celebrating everyone’s wins!!
I remember you from the el morro race (I did the 10 miler).. I just ran CIM too. cool footage
Nice. How’d you do?

How do you like adios pro 3? Compared to endorphin pro 3?
