That is not at all practical for real state properties
We get max 1/3rd of the EMI
Even If EMI is of more than 20years
True, if that was true then every person buy 25 lakhs house in loan amount and get 25 thousand rent and give 20,000 rs EMI.
But in real we get only 6 to 8 thousand rent amount and have to pay 20,000 rs EMI.
