I’m amazed how helpful the Police are! To bring so many officers and resources consistently and being so friendly about it as well. I don’t think they even knew what the magnet was stuck to beforehand. How good is that! Is it just Dutch Police or is there no crime and they’re bored or both? In any case great job & much love to the Police for what they do!

Watching from U.S.A. for about 6 months!! I think it’s crazy that you guys keep finding these bikes, safes, and God knows what else, in the canals out there in Amsterdam! You and some of the local magnet fishers/treasure hunters out here in the U.S. are starting to inspire me to try my hand at magnet fishing. The scuba diving, I still need proper training for, so not just yet for that. Expect me in the future and keep up the great work, Bondi!!
That is so cool how they pulled it up with your rope and magnet. Crazy! Thanks for saving the fish 🐠😊 Ramone should definitely make some art out of that! 👍
I know this video is old but this whole video and comment section, and channel in fact, is probably the most wholesome part of youtube. Love you guys! Ya actually encourage me to start magnet fishing
Yea Dude!! Sweet to see your magnet has been lifted...WITH A BMW!!! Let's see what Ramon can make now! The spoon cat was bomb!!!!! Love it! Stay safe🤙🤙✌
They should organize a canal clean up weekend. Groups of divers and magnet fishers could locate items. Then crews with cranes, dumpsters, boats, and other people assisting in the retrieval process could work together. Of course, there would be data collection and local police presence for assistance if needed. Ps. There are special towels available to absorb chemicals that are spilled when vehicles are pulled from the water.
That BMW was wild!!! It's absolutely insane the amount of stuff you all pull out of the canals!!! I know Ramone could make some amazing pieces of art from that!!!
Love your videos, been binging on them the last few days because they are addictive. Awesome finds mate keep them coming! Cant wait till you come to Georgia.
Yeah Nice, I can't belive that the hole bike came out just with your rope. Remon don't need to take the bike home to do an artwork, IT IS a artwork already👍 Regards from 🇸🇪
You may want to find out if the cities you visit have metal recycling available. I live in Florida and we have 2 giant plants that pay several dollars per pound of metal you bring in. They give more money for copper and steel than for aluminum. If those places are available, you might rent a truck for the day so you could get money right away unless the poluce are involved. We go in with a full truck which gets weighed on the way in, then dump everything and the truck is weighed before we leave with cash in hand. Its a big help for the city and would be for you so its a win win for everyone. You may need to get a salvage permit but I do not think they cost very much.
WOW! What fun! Thanks so much for sharing. Hard to believe all the "bike" stuff you got this time. I just love your enthusiasm when you catch something. Have you got a more powerful magnet that was able to catch the BMW?
The license plate comes back to a bmw f650gs 2000 model according to the police officer. I used to own one from 2002. I can not find anything online for mb-tl-47 cause i was wondering if the license plate belongs to a red f650gs or maybe the license plate is stolen. It was attached with tyraps looking at the video and that's not normal. Some things i noticed is that there's a 2nd fender close to the front wheel that's not standard for a 2000 model. My 2002 model also didn't have it. It became standard in like 2005 or 2006 if i'm correct. And it doesn't look like an original bmw part cause they are shaped different so it's an aftermarket fender at the front wheel. And the seat is gone. If the top part with the foam rotted away there would be a thick plastic bottom of the seat left. The seat is missing. There's a central plate missing on the 'gas tank' that's bolted on with torx25 screws. The actual gas tank is under the seat btw. Was the bike maybe stripped of other things like a set of cases with the racks cause they are expensive? I think you can find a small black plate with a frame number on the left side of the frame near the handlebars. Maybe searching for the frame number online can give you more details about it.
I made a post about this find on the bmw gs club forum. The biggest motorcycle club in the netherlands. Someone knew that autoweek has a registration checker that will show the details of numberplates from longer ago. Checking mb-tl-47 there says the bmw is listed stolen. The information the police officer gave is wrong. Most likely the plate belongs to the bike. www.autoweek.nl/kentekencheck/MB-TL-47/
Remon, if you can't restore the bike into a working one, you could take off what you like for your art n part out the things that might fetch you some money. ⚙🪛💰 Then its a win-win...parts for art n cash to fund your travels n diving needs!! 💶🌎🤿 Totally crazy they pulled that monster out with your rope Leigh!! 😮🪝🏍 N bonus is you got your magnet back to boot!! 🧲😃 Thnx for another great video guys!! 📹💻👍 Stay safe folks!! 😷💗 🍓Teresa🙋♀️

You keep praising the strength of the magnet, but the rope is the real MVP
Yea exactly lol
And the knot, thats the weakest part
Can I know what kind of rope is that, ? Is a climbing rope ? Just subbed, from the States.
I am not a native english speaker. Does MVP stands for "main vulnerable point"? I am just guessing.

The city of amsterdam municipality fishes out 6000 bikes a year from the canals... so there must be tons of them left
