Well anything could be possible in the future if we will start to build colonies in our solar system. Some colonists could develop some similar abilities to newtypes. I know that we already have few humans that were gene edited by CRISPR methode from birth, there are similar to Coordinators from Gundam Seed, but it's not know if they won't any problems with their health in the future (there could be side effects like Dolly were they will start to age very quickly like it was the case with Rau Le Creuset). PS. I know that Gundam seed gets a lot of hate, but they did predicted few things right in our modern times. Still the Newtypes were better done in the orginal Gundam anime.
there is also something that happens with astronauts that i forget the specific name but the astronaut coming back from spaces view of things is changed? i think its called the oversight phenomenon?
@@charaznable6597 I also like to think zero gravity literally has an effect as well. We humans, like all lifeforms adapted to gravity holding us down against a horizon. Without that limiting us, our minds would need to adapt to movement and a higher level of alertness in an environment where every direction is viable.

Morphic Resonance and the Law of Energy Conservation explains the Newtype phenomenon in Universal Century in the sense that the Newtype humans are descended from first generations of space migrants who were forced off Earth due to the powers that be using overpopulation and pollution as excuses for the forced expulsion. The first generations of spacenoids lived horrible and tragic lives out in space inside space cylinders that were essentially tombs for those living out in space. So due to all those problems, as well as the Earth Federation Forces adopting the 18th century British encampment and quarters doctrine inside these space colonies the Newtype phenomenon was bound to happen. And it's apparent after watching MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM UNICORN that there were those within the Earth Federation Forces government who anticipated the arrival of the Newtype with the drafting of the original Universal Century Charter.
That's a great scientific journal to note concerning brain wave interaction with the electromagnetic spectrum. You have to wonder sometimes how we are constantly interacting with magnetic fields around us.
That's actually why I like Gundam. I believe in Parapsychology and I think I might have some abilities that are quite uncommon like "super empathy" ... it feels like being psychic

Level 3: Reading people like a book. Presense sensing at basic level Level 4: Flow (slows down time mentally) and greater skill of Level 3. Presense can now sense intent, can probably be trained against Spies in TF2 or stealth units like the Gundam Pixy in GBO2. Level 5: Seeing objects beyond physical covers and/or magnetism. First one is odd, but can be seen possible in today's age... I believe heat may be tied to it. The other is more difficult as I recall a old video of a slavic descent able to manipulate the compass, but not sure of the validity. Level 6: Premonition? After all the Knife sellers known as the "Credit Knife Man" in Ancient China mastered such. Resulting to selling knives for free but gives a prediction to get paid if it occurs. Level 7: Telepathy? prophets did exist throughout history, the naming isnt important, but what they brought to the world and what they sensed is what matters, i do believe what Tomino called "newtypes" are in a way inspired by real people that lived on this planet and were mentioned in the history books, innovators/prophets/sorcerers and many others, they are just people who tend to rely more on thier 6th sense for better or for worst, people find them strange due to how rare they are but they are just using a different method of thinking they everyone body else, nothing more, and maybe thats why Tomino wanted to express how he feels by expressing his inner world in away that can show the world that he exists.
