A great applause for @Vi for such a wonderful review. U literally changed my thought process by your review. Earlier also I was liking the movie, but not much because I am 70% massy viewer and 30% cinephile viewer. But after your review, I can understand movie better. Thanks for that.
The points on which I totally agree with you:
    - the production design, it's reall FAB. Even for a second I haven't felt that this is movie made in 2021. I feel I was in 1930s 40s. Hats off to the team.
    - Vicky Kaushal acting via eyes, because yes he was silent during most of his screen time
    - the last and best part. All part of Udham Singh with Bhagat Singh ji. All the so good. After the scenes, I realise that even the greatest revolutionary of India was also like a normal human being
Who explains what is revolution when asked
    Who smiles on normal jokes
Who happiness also lies in spending time with his friends, whether it was that night scene, the race scene or the famous statement by Bhagat Singh
Ek Charlie Chaplin ki movie dekhunga, ek mehangi wine piyunga, roti khawanga aur so jawannga ❤️❤️
    Dil loot litaa.....
Thanks for noticing such points my friend...All the very best for further reviewsss..... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sardar Udham Singh was a masterpiece.Vicky Kaushal is seen, felt and loved as Udham Singh as Vi said. You can clearly feel the emotion of the Jallianwala Bagh scene, the feeling that words can’t explain. And the final point mentioned by Vi, Vicky didn’t need dialogues he conveyed through his eyes with the complete emotion that he isn’t Vicky but Udham Singh himself.

Actually after watching the film, I realised the reason for so many jumps in the timeline, the reason I felt that since the character was so mysterious so the makers didn't want to make any assumptions like how he spent his life there and all, so they tried to show the story with Sardar Udham's trial, so that they could make us feel that how the things unfolded with the investigation and try to discover what changed him overall, I don't think any film maker has come so close to the reality in a biopic yet! That's why, I consider it to be a masterpiece

Yeah, you're quite right.Actually Vicky is the perfect definition of an actor eho does so many different roles from Maan Marjiyaan to Uri,Sanju. He excels everywhere.Vicky works so hard to depict the character. We have to appreciate this and Ranbir is also a very talented actor if you've watched Ranbir's Rockstar,Barfi or Ae dil Hai mushkil you're bound to admire him and also in Bachna Ae Haseena or Ajab prem ki gazab kahani he acted very well.

Same goes for Ranbir epic actor, supremely talented nd he justifies that majority of d times from Sanju, Rockstar, wake up Sid, Tamasha, rocket Singh, yjhd, ae dil hai mushkil to Barfi nd many more... I think people should stop criticizing him for him being a star kid nd his complicated personal life, we should not interfere in others life jisko jaise jeena hh jeene do, hme sirf farak unke kaam, acting se padna chahiye jisme he is brilliant

@@arvindupadhyay7011 Vicky is outstanding and one of the best actors not only in Bollywood but also in India. No I'm not a big fan of Vicky but I've to appreciate his acting ability and I was just blown away by his acting. He works really so hard to depict what the character needs. He is not a remake hero at all. What he does is completely original and in this above mentioned movie Vicky just ......I think you know what he did.I'm quite sure if this movie got released in theatres, the results would leave the whole team of Sardar Uddam Singh in disappointment just like a masterpiece like Ranbir's Tamasha couldn't make much profit.I also literally fail why people troll or roast Ranbir of having multiple girlfriends.Everybody should live his life in his way and we should let them do the same.I love Ranbir from Sawariya. In Sawariya he acted pretty well. But for me Ae dil hai mushkil is the best performance of Ranbir. The immature boy goes to a maturity place, longs for love, becomes alone, gets help from Saba.Amazing.💝💝💝💝

For me Ranbir's best movie is Rockstar, an epic masterpiece, which was released ahead of its time. @@arvindupadhyay7011 I also appreciate Vicky for his script choices because we see now a days many actors choose remakes of famous southern movies for example Shahid.I know Shahid Kapoor did a fantastic job in Kabir Singh but he also chooses remakes after the success of Kabir Singh. When it is Vicky,he chooses original scripts and I'm always for originality.Be it songs or movies I stand by originality.Yeah trust me I became a huge fan of Ranbir after watching Rockstar.Yeah I love him right from Sawariya but this one is very special.Jordan, the immoral character ever made, fully original script,Jonardan to Jordan's pangs which is seen in his songs. For me Rockstar is meticulous.Story, music, acting and of course thanks to Imtiaz Ali for this. Rockstar's music is something else.A.R.Rahman's music and Mohit Chauhan's are voice just heavenly.🥰💔❤

I wish I would have seen the film in cinema halls, I remember watching shoojit sircar's October in theaters and my God that experience stuck to me for a while, he leaves the audiences in the zone of the film which I think very few filmmakers can do right now in Bollywood. When I first came to know that instead of Irfaan sir Vicky kaushal is doing the role, I thought it's a wrong choice, I thought actors like Ranbir Kapoor, nawazuddin Siddiqui, Manoj bajpayi, Kay Kay Menon, randeep hooda would have been better choices, but I am happy that Vicky proved himself. He is really one of the finest actors in Bollywood and I am looking forward to his next films such as takht, ashwathama etc.

I hope such films and filmmaking style gets more recognition, and appreciation from the moviegoers and critics, so that we can see a positive change in the films made in Bollywood. It is high time Bollywood stops dishing out 100s of insufferable films every year, with the excuse that they are 'catering to the masses.' This is a world class film on every front and I am so proud that it is an Indian film. I wish the film gets international recognition as well.
