Gulshan Deviah and Vijay Raaz have been my favorite in the list. Gulshan in MKDNH had truely played a psychotic role with near to perfection where VIjay was extremly hilarious in Lootcase with his Animals commentary.

Om Puri as Ahuja in JBDY is the OG comic villain.. he was comical as well as manic, cynical and fearsome at the same time..
All other comical villains are gangsters untill 'BULLAAA' enters the room . Like how can we miss him in the list guys!!! .His dialogues, his appearance, his relation with his siblings, his emotional acting all have been filled with well designed comical elements in them. In short, i can't imagine any other villain who can sound both intimidating and hilarious more than BULLAAA while delivering a legendary dialogue like "Mera naam hai BULLA, aur main rakhtaa hoon Khullaaa". C'mmon guys from Social team , do develop some taste and include BULLA in this list. He deserves that. 😂😂😂😂

I was expecting the Paresh Rawal's role as villain in Daud movie and Pankaj Tripathi 's as villain in Ludo movie.
Govinda in Kill Dil as a villain is totally underrated. Although his character was not funny in .. but it was one of his best. His 5 minute monologue in the movie is highlight of the movie.
I wish Govinda does more movies.
