Dear Tanya,
If my musings have not yet wearied you, allow me to present myself. I am a man in the prime of life, currently residing and working in central Russia. I am curious about what insights this video holds for your students, particularly for someone like myself. While I can grasp the content of TV news broadcasts with ease, I find myself at a loss when watching realistic movies, especially scenes involving the division of money by two individuals of African descent. I believe this challenge transcends language barriers and is not exclusive to English. Your understanding of this issue and your willingness to assist your students are both heartening and beneficial to me. I am eager to put into practice any new advice or guidance you offer. Thank you sincerely for your dedication to coaching. Please accept my apologies for the verbosity of this message; I find that writing in English is a valuable tool for its improvement .
@ninasm9547 These are great things to practice
@RegnumV You are right that writing in English is a great tool to improve your English. Thank you for taking the time to watch my videos and comment! I am so glad to hear they are helpful for you!

Glad to hear that! This is GREAT news!!
@Isabelsupulveda You commented that I always look happy. I am happy most of the time. Mostly because I have done a lot of personal growth and finding what works for me. BUT, I'm not always happy. I feel sad, angry, joy, mad, grateful, upset - all the feelings! One thing that has helped me is to learn what each of these feelings are telling me. Best wishes to you and thank you so much for joining me live! I hope to see you soon!
I guess our heart and beautiful face were made for good feelings expressions 😃
Hello, I'm Dzung from Vietnam. I love the way you speak and I interested in your videos thanks so much...
I asked my American GF to describe me in 5 words.
She said I'm mature, I'm moral, I'm pure, I'm polite and I'm perfect!
Then she added that I also had a fundamental lack of understanding about apostrophes and spaces ...

Hey there Khalid from Sudan
Your voice is excellent... your accent is excellent... your style is excellent...
but I have a question: why is the American accent easier than others... I don't know why ..??
please answer...
Do you listen to American content more than others? It could be that. Also, Americans tend to speak in a more informal way. That could be the reason. Maybe a combination of both
HI Tanya, I admire you in your natural way of being. Every pieces of advices , if repeated, are usuful, estimulating,. A question because I watched it in Instagram: drop by means discount? Gracias sigamos tarareando while things are no so good as expected... a kiss Susana from Argentina.
Thank you, Susana. In the instagram video "to drop by" means to drop in amount. Example - My investments dropped by 10% (not good) The prices dropped by 10% (good)

Hello Tanya.
Thank you very much for this video.
I came across your TH-cam channel 2 days ago and I quite like it.
I'm learning English through input, and I can say that it's the best method for learning a language. It's amazing how the brain acquire a new language, that's why reading and listening are my priorities now.
Cheers.
I am learning Spanish through input although I started in a more traditional way. I am learning German totally with comprehensible input but I just started and don't have a lot of time for it. I totally agree with you! I'm so glad you are here in our learning community!

Hello Elisabeth! Welcome! I have a student from Austria in one of my classes!
It's true is not nice to listen to American people they speak faster with a stronger accent and i don't know the main purpose to do that .I speak Spanish too but it's isn't easy and nice if you go to South of Spain they speak Spanish with a strong accent .the lonely thing they tell you when you meet them it's to say you're a stranger you're not Spanish but there is something so funny themselve they don't speak your own language it's to easy to critiqize your accent .is what I feel when I go abroad teacher I'm RICHARD coming from LYON in FRANCE thank you for your encouragement

😍😍😍
Hi, ma'am (please correct me if I've wrotten bad this word), just wanna tell you must practice more to say the word "tararear". I know it's hard in the begining for you all americans. The meaning of this word I learned it long time ago. Do you remember "Fernando" by ABBA? There was something like this: "you were humming to yourself and softly strumming your guitar...". See you, Tanya, until next video.
Thank you so much Reynaldo! I do remember ABBA! See you next time.....and I'll keep practicing!
❤😊
very very cheerful sympathetic unlike most of the americans ! ! sorry for for the expression !
Thank you for the compliment!
Let me know how I can talk with you in the zoom together I would love practice but I don’t have banck account abroad
Hello from Armenia, Yerevan! My name is Natalie and I have a question. Why are you created the programm only for women?
Лайк, подписка . Россия 😊
l like you.❤❤❤
Dropping the "H" in English in some cases is poor grammar. a lot of native speakers drop the "H" when they say "Come here" and it's poor grammar. I consistently say "Get over here" rather than "Come here".
Dear coach! There is one more word I would like you to explain. This word is ain’t. Please, explain.
Ain't is not considered a "real" word in English and most teachers will say don't use it. You will hear it from one dialect but it isn't considered correct. It is used in place of "isn't". I don't use this word unless I am making a strong point in an extremely informal way
@@EnglishCoach3Ts My esteemed coach,
I express my gratitude for your elucidation. I wish to clarify that I did not advocate for the use of the word in question. Nonetheless, this term frequently appears in songs, films, and literature. While I acknowledge its non-standard nature, its prevalence in spoken language prompted my inquiry into its precise connotation from a native speaker. I posit that it may serve as a contraction for "am not," "is not," "are not," "has not," or "have not."
Thank you for your understanding and guidance on this matter. Your expertise is invaluable in navigating the nuances of language.
I'm so glad it's helpful. Thank you for your comments and questions!
