This is what you get when you have someone doing a review/demo of a tool where they have very little knowledge of tools themselves and I think that was summed up at the 3 minute mark. You are comparing two tools that cannot really compete, so not a true or a particularly good comparison and really a battle with one winner that has had a massive head start.
I think that the main difference is bigger oscillating angle / Hilti is 4° (cover a wider area of material in less time), Fein 500 is 2 x 1.7°; Fein 700 is 2 x 2,0° the rest is the battery platform we work on / Bosch AMPShare or Nuron Both machines are the highest beautiful beasts of the highest quality. Regards
Wee tip changing starlock blades, use handle to unlock (blade pops out) close handle straight away, and just push new blade on, clicks into place 👍 works like that on Bosch Multi tool, try and see with other makes Hilti always well engineered kit👍
Need to compare the Hilti/Flex to a 700/Supercut/Vecturo. Fein’s fault for doing 3 power classes for no good reason. My Hilti outperforms my corded Multimaster (now a “500”) and cordless Vecturo. I wouldn’t be surprised if an ampshare 700 could match up to it. The Fein models are certainly objectively built better.
Update on the m/s2 , the hilti is actually very good for Protection against vibration. From what I can see it's going to come down to which one you fancy.
Anyway its really all about reducing hand and arm fatigue by reading the m/s2 , then and only then do you know how long you can use the tool in any given day. Its no good to anyone if you can only cut for 10 minutes trigger time but the job is going to take an hour or more. That said i dont know the specs of the hilti , who knows, it might be better than the fein but i very much doubt it.
Vague enuf review. No mention of build quality. Not like for like comparisons either as FEIN have a higher rater model and HILTI only one. HILTI Blades used on both machines. Both models shud have been tested with their own proprietary blades. I wudnt rely on this video to guide a purchase. Would need to be more thorough.
You all can laugh. The king of all time of the multi tool was the ridgid jobmax. Its not even a close 2nd. And if you dont know what the jobmax was...it was so fkin successful and hanfs down yhe king if kings. .they took it off the market because they couldnt sell their regular jigsaws, recips. Oscillators, etc. Thats a fact. Put that in your pipe amd smoke it. Im a makita guy btw. Juat saying. The jobmax gave u 10 tools for 30 sollars fir each head. Fein and hilti font come close. I am a hilti fan tho. And fk off about my grammar. Im txting and drivings

There’s a new version of the Fein with Bosch AmpShare batteries. Also there is the Multimaster 700. The HILTI is about 3x the price.

That's right! I also have a corded Fein multi tool, but my cordless Milwaukee multi tool (4.2°) is much faster.
Fein invented the multi tool. And to be honest, it’s pretty much down to the quality of the blades.
Blades were the same for this test. So, the test comparison is relevant.
That was a big hilti climb but it all ended fein
The most objective comparison should have been with the Fein AMM 700 Max AS model.

Hilti always well engineered kit👍
The Hilti oscillating tool is a rebrand FLEX multi tool.
Flex multitool od better Milwaukee multitool
@@unnamed126 I think it is better because there is less vibration while working.
The 700 would have been the right comparison. The hilti looks like a flex clone. The power specs are similar.
How about doing a comparison of cheap versus expensive multi-tool blades? 🤔
Of you read "Swiss made" on the blade, you get best quality from Bosch, they are producing for almost every brand!

Hello!!
Hilti or Milwaukee is better for you and why ?
Hilti can cutter cooper pipes or not ?
What's the degree of swing of each tool?

From which factory are Hilti Multitool and the Festool Multitool produced? Which country of origin?
Germany and Austria/Liechtenstein
Nah Hilti is made in china, i dont understand they made tools in china and they ask same big price
@@John893dracula its not
Ofcourse Fein make their own blades.. cute Hilti sponsored ad
Shame you didn't test the big daddy fein as the 500 is a medium duty tool only
travis scott fein
Here we are, tools4snobs 😂
They can take the hilti and put it back in their asess no way that is better then fein my friend smartlock system hilti is shit

What about cost difference
Misxt be used in UK / Europe much more than in the US cause I've never heard of it
cost difference??. hilti are overpriced to hell. fein everytime
Hilti is rebranded Flex.Fake tests.
Festool multi tool is very good
now do Milwaukee vs Hilti
A multi tool and an oscillator aernt the same thing. Youre testing an oscillator
