Not sure why but it just seems more inspirational to me personally to have a 1-2 million/yr business with just 2 or 3 people, seems peaceful and like a good lower stress life😊

Daniel your content is unreal! If you have spare time, could I ask with your amazing experience, how you would go about this business: personalised birthday items basket of them (e.g. turn normal juice bottle into a juice bottle with kids name on it, same with chips, plates etc). With personalised, amazon won't work. So website... or landing page? Tiktok and tiktok ads, or facebook ads to start? Any point in the right direction would mean so much for my confidence Ryan! (P.S Loving following your turnaround journey!)
I personally wouldn't start with personalized items unless you have a ridiculously strong backend offer with high profit margin.

I get it. I expected that from some people. If you're just starting out, just think about Year 1: get a product and sell it. Once you get 4 products to 25 sales per day, you've got a 7-figure business. Then come back and watch the video for Year 2. :)

Still didn't watch the video, but checked the link in description and filled the form but stopped and the call booking because i don't know what that call will about ? After the call i need to choose between one of the products ? How much it costs ? Do you offer any incubator program but with percentage earning not mentorship payment ? How can a new entrepreneur pay for the mentorship ?.
I will watch the video of course but i have a saas idea and i want your opinion about it, maybe you can like to invest on it, the saas is done btw i need to launch.
What if I'm unwilling to exit from the business at year 5, and I want to pass it down to my family members and kids while I work on something else?

Ryan, so do most business owners have a PT job in year 4 to pay themselves while they are building?
Most people are working full or part time until Year 2, and then they start paying themselves a salary. The salary gets "healthy" at about year 3 or 4.
How do you get the starting capital?
I launched my first brand with $600.
Ryan, I've been trying to get my website business for so long. I dropped out of college and am completely confused about what I did since I got to know about your book. I dont know if I should switch to your way because of 2 reasons.
1. I am stuck in the trap you mentioned about trying everything to atleast see some movement fast and since your book mentions 3 to 4 months of research time I just cant get myself to switch.
2. My situation is that I can put in all my time into what you or your book says but rightly or stupidly, I am scared of getting my time wasted.
If you've read this long Ryan, you can understand my situation well enough, so can you like tell me something to improve?
Knowing this might not be the right place to ask, but could you get me some work in your area?
It sounds to me like you are too busy to be successful. As weird as it sounds, I would recommend dropping all non-revenue driving activities, getting some space, and then expanding into the next idea. In my experience, it comes very quickly once you give it space.
