1:02:35 From what I saw on my 5 weeks of Deal Soldier, the big Hello Kitty throws/blankets/comforters were generally the ones with a hot pink background. Other Hello Kitty linens weren't better performing than most others. But perhaps Christmas is different; I didn't check that specifically.
I agree that Ebay sends us the traffic we deserve. I think sometimes it just takes Ebay a little time to decide what kind of traffic that is anytime we make big changes.
I believe so. I just started my business last year. I’m still pushing that 253 post but now they’re charging me after the 250 $.35 which I’m looking at as the cost of business and they’re still giving me the opportunity to add more, but they’re charging me now.
I went from 25k to 50k to 90k last year. I could've done much more but I didn't work as hard the 2nd part of the year. It wasn't throttled. I just went down to 10 listings a day and wasn't listing everyday or even for days at a time. I didn't want to grow because were were going to move from Florida to Michigan in August. So this year with all that and the store turned off for weeks along with the decrease in productivity I am at 60k on Ebay for this year and 7500 on Poshmark. Will be ramping it us now. Will blow past 100k next year. I'm more focused on getting past 100k profit though so it's more a longer term version than just the 90day total and 100k Revenue. I want to compete with my brothers as they both make over 300k in their own businesses.
@@moneymanrahim7772 No. Talking about the gross money like Jride was talking about doubling. A little over 50% of 90 went to my bank after shipping and fees. Then of course you have cost of goods and any other expenses. That's why at the end of my comment I was talking about focusing on getting to 100k "profit" and not just the gross or what you see in your 90 day total on the app. I want to hit 100k profit after all expenses as soon as possible.
50:50 Ironically, even the buyer of such a company ("just grow big and get bought out") might not care if the company they buy can really maintain the growth and revenue, just so long as it looks good enough to investors to attract more capital investment.
Jride What are your thought of having a store split between two different niches. One has a super fast sell through and one has a slow long tail business model Such as clothes and postcards. Lets say clothes have around 2000 items in store list/sell around 30 a day. Postcards have around 20,000 listed selling around 50 a day. Does the slower selling postcards bring down the faster selling clothing because there are so many more in store? Thoughts?
My listing limit is now 10,000,000 items and $10,000,000 sales limit. I started selling on Ebay with an old account from 2015. I just started my Ebay reselling like 3 years ago. They started me with a limit of like 10 listings. Then after a month or so I was getting those listings up and making sales they raised me up to 100 listings available. I was only doing Ebay part time so really wasn't using them. After I started trying to fill them up I think I got boosted to 300 listing, and after that I got to 600 listings with something like a $15,000 limit. Overall, I don't think I have had more than 250 items listed at one time. When I got to the 250ish mark listed I woke up one day and my limit is now 10,000,000 items for listing and $10,000,000 sales limit. So, I think it is just a matter of building trust and showing that you ship on time, give refunds, and deliver what you say you are going to deliver.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
Aw, man! Why did you have to tell everyone about SoClean?! Now the ebay value will drift down. 😞 Just kidding. You give out so much good info that's helped me, it's hard to get mad at you spilling secrets to others. 🙂
Does the fiscal year for eBay start Jan 1 of each year? My taxes are a mess and I ended all my listings till Jan, as a way to start cleaning with logging my sales and setting aside the taxes owed on the money
If overpay on taxes, is it just a thing where we should just try to gradually get better or say we messed up and quit? The tax thing is gonna eat profits
I don't think you can put $42k into a Roth. I think the limit is $7k/yr (8k for those 50+). There might be an exception if you roll over another retirement account into a trad IRA. Just some random whips in the air I've heard; not sure.

You made 90k profit in a year on ebay??

Yeah but i bet you have only 250
Free listings.
@@read500 Yep, Ebay sure is stingy on the free listings.

That’s already a pretty wildly talked about resell item

I said a 401k or mispoke. You’re right you can’t put 42k into a Roth IRA
Are you a fan of the Utah hockey club?
I’m not a big hockey guy so idk if I’ll get into it but I will definitely go to a couple games a year!
