I thought the gamepad was not working and was about to smash it to the dumpster, but then I came across your video and tried NOT ONLY TO HOLD THE PAIRING Ipega button but also hold either X or Y etc. button at the same time - then finally the gamepad works as expected on my Android TV.
Now this is the kind of review I wanna see finally a good review video on that controller 👏 👏
COD Mobile should optimize their app with other bluetooth gamepads such as Ipega. I find a little unfair that only those with PS4 and Xbox controllers get to use tactile controls.
i bought this kind of controller ipega 9157 and i tried to connect it via Bluetooth but when i'm playing cod mobile, this controller is not working even though i use shooting plus v3.
I'm getting this controller today since I ordered it yestday. I am gonna use it for minecraft and roblox and maybe more games. And I will use it on pc aswel.

I learnt that ipega 9099's trigger buttons (L1,L2,R1,R2) tend to have sticking/jamming problem. That's why I may go for 9157 instead.

@@techutopiareviews Okay thanks. I already ordered for Ipega 9157 b'cos I already dumped 2 previous gamepads due to analogue stick issues. But I've read some user reviews of 9099 that complain of right/left trigger jamming & d-pad not being very accurate.

works better on pc, windows sees it as a xbox 360 controller. just hold in the start button while plugging in the usb and you will hear that it connects! :)

Not sure if you can help, i have a moto g stylus 2023 android 13 and i have this controller. Its kind of working but its not really. It wont let me move around in standard, it'll move with the right stick in direct v3. Ive tried reconfiguring and saving and it wont work.

You need to hold the start or select button before plugging it in, it should be on the manual. It will detect it automatically

I won't recommend this controller it's so bad especially if you play PS1 games or ds games its so slow too its bad controller its bad for émulation and also its bad of u have redmi don't buy ipega is so bad all ipega controller are bad for émulation lag slow and the d-pad is the worst part the d-pad doesn't work good at all btw thanks for making this video dude
okay, so, I got the controller before I even saw this video; I casn confirm, this is one shitty controller. After a week of use, my right analog stick didn't even register the direction of down, the triggers aren't even analog, the left analog stick doesn't even work- it sucks. Don't buy it. Don't.
