I lost my original dongle. Bought a used one on internet, and I couldn't figure out how to configure it, this helped me a lot, just confirming this works even if it's not the dongle the headset comes originally. I Appreciate it man.

@@peanut9155 I found it on ebay. I contacted Sony and they don't sell it separately, which is a shame. You have the option to buy a very used sony pulse headset or a damaged one, but with the dongle working (since you don't care a lot of the headset, you just want it as cheap as possible) or to find just the dongle as stand alone, if someone has one. But they go pretty quick, since there are a lot of people in the same situation. You must buy an original one, as far as I know, there is no generic replacement as today' date.

Cheers man,you brilliant!It's working as you said!Now I can use 2 Pulse 3D on the same dongle .Was enough to reset the dongle one time and now it detects both Pulse 3D headphones!Sony should make replacement parts as dongles as I lost that one,not to buy one more Pulse 3D headphones with dongle.Cheers again man,you brilliant as I searched for many hours and I could not find something to help me!

Dont normally comment but thanks alot got a used ps5 with a headset missing the original dongle, got a original on Ebay and was trying over and over again even playstation support was saying wasnt working because it wasnt the original. have a blessed day.

I did all the resetting on the usb and pressing the reset buttons on the headset and didn’t work at all. One thing that I did tried on my own and haven’t seen any tips about was I used the headset until the battery died completely and when i charged them back up the problem was gone. So that time be worth a try.
