Maybe a preventative measure would be to slowly gain weight in advance of getting pregnant. Giving the skin some slack. Seems it's the sudden swelling and tightness of skin that causes them.
Best solution to prevent stretch marka is to apply oil daily 2-3 times over prone areas on little wet skin.(light pat dry)
It will make skin hydrated for long time.
I drink two litres of water each day and I was taking supplements as well.I was using lot of creams and bio oil as well but still stretch marks appeared on my abdominal sides and centre and on thighs....I think it all depends

NS narayan use castor oil on streatch marks and place a hot pack on them and massage gently. My streatch marks got faded away and iam still following that method
