Those wasps are likely the Queens, they tuck them selves up, and they winter over, and start the new hives in the spring. They probably got in the room and his well at early autumn and when your room was warmed up for your stay, then they warmed up and woke up thinking it was spring. We used to get them in the house every time we brought wood in for the fireplace. They loved to hide in the
wood we had cut and stacked for the winter. Not a nice thing to see in your room when alone!

Looks like so much fun! I'm surprised that nobody had a mask on with a lot of people sprinkling out powder dye.
Again?! lol,lol,lol! I had a cricket just sittin' on my window today...it's f'in November 26th! The revolt is real. :-D

I'm surprised wasps are still flying about this time of year. Do you have sweets in your room, they are attracted to that. You may be scared of wasps but brave to walk by yourself in the dark! Take care Mina!
no nothing sweet in my room ... honestly there isn't much that terrifies me in life more than the being in a room with a wasp!

I know this was from a couple of weeks ago, and you made it through fine, but I am still stressed on your behalf over those wasps! I’m sort of afraid to watch the next video for fear you’ll find another. I would’ve had to ask for a new room; I don’t think I could’ve slept in the same one after finding 2 of them! 😳
lol it was ok really in the end ... I couldn't have asked for another room anyway as they were all booked up so it wasn't really an option
