@ascendio-lift-enthusiast I don't quite know how to access them from the store, but right outside lobby H on B2 theres a door marked 'NTUC staff only' or something along those lines. The lifts are behind those doors. For a period of time when Giant moved out before NTUC moved in, I managed to access them once

There's actually one more set of Hitachis inside the NTUC staff area, not sure if those were affected by the refurbishment
