Very fair accessment of DDA. But what option left for middle class enuser? If one goes to say Sohna , then there is electricity issues and users is squeezed to fullest at affordable housing for these amenities. Still no metro. So back to square one

You can't sale dda flats before 5 years and it will definitely give you great return after 5 years if you will sale. I am taking about Dwarka other locations I am not sure
