What about Jaypee Greens Greater Noida? In my books that’s the best place to live in NCR For folks who don’t need to work in South Delhi or Gurgaon. I agree Jaypee squandered the golden opportunity, but future of Noida, Greater Noida is bright.

They think indian public are idiots who will pay them consultant fee. the knowledge they are having ,everybody knows about it. we all are consultant to ourselves. People who work in corporate are actually idiots who listen to these guys , pay them and then actually buy flats. These flats are nothing but depreciating assets. after 30-50 years these flats owners will again have to pay more for their own flats to reconstruct it. let not to fall in traps by these so called builders puppets. use these cities to earn and invest in tier-2 cities, if you have more money then buy land in metro cities.

Definitely a big agenda, or paid thing they are doing. Inflate the prices. Nobody will fall for it this year. End users ke pair padoge to jaaake market mein liquidity aayegi. 300 Gal SL 1 ka price 2.50 hone wala hai. Mark my words. Usko bechne mein bhi tum logo ko mehnat lagegi ab. Warna kuch aur kar lo.
