    What about Jaypee Greens Greater Noida? In my books that’s the best place to live in NCR For folks who don’t need to work in South Delhi or Gurgaon. I agree Jaypee squandered the golden opportunity, but future of Noida, Greater Noida is bright.

      I agree...they completely deviated. Also, Noida can not be undermined and I think a lot of positives of Noida was not spoken during the conversation. Infra is collapsing in Gurgain where as Noida , specially Noida greater noida and yamuna expressway is so well planned. Sector 150 will be another super posh area in coming days

      They are all brokers, trying to depict that demand is high and real estate is flourishing industry. 2-3 Saal se thora industry chal gayi to ye udd rhe hai. Ask them about before 2020, what they were doing😅

      sonipat market itself going towards developed market very fast due to various infrastructure projects. After 2-3 years you have to pay more than 1 Lakh PSY to enter in a good land deal.

      Sohna road is good if you are getting good price right now. it still has good potential, as the govt approved 3-4 floor, i assume , if u have prot there just wait for next 3-4 years your will get more appreciation by 30-35 % on plots

    They think indian public are idiots who will pay them consultant fee. the knowledge they are having ,everybody knows about it. we all are consultant to ourselves. People who work in corporate are actually idiots who listen to these guys , pay them and then actually buy flats. These flats are nothing but depreciating assets. after 30-50 years these flats owners will again have to pay more for their own flats to reconstruct it. let not to fall in traps by these so called builders puppets. use these cities to earn and invest in tier-2 cities, if you have more money then buy land in metro cities.

    These so called people have no idea about the prices in Delhi. 200 sq yards on main road South Ex : 3.25 Crores (Upper Ground) , 300 sq yard in GK : 5 Crore. Definitely a big agenda, or paid thing they are doing. Inflate the prices. Nobody will fall for it this year. End users ke pair padoge to jaaake market mein liquidity aayegi. 300 Gal SL 1 ka price 2.50 hone wala hai. Mark my words. Usko bechne mein bhi tum logo ko mehnat lagegi ab. Warna kuch aur kar lo.
